The bar staff were really good to entertain and be friendly. The buffet was fine and overall a nice hotel. But the rooms temperature was horrible. Very warm. We told the staff, they sent over “technicians” who measured the temperature of the air in the A/C vent, and Said it was working. But the airflow was the problem, as almost no air game out. We had them come back, and they just Said it was working. This resulted in us often not falling asleep before 01.00 due to the heat. Quite unpleasent. Our former hotel in Khaolak had working A/C, so the difference was very Big. Will not go back to the hotel, Since we had horrible sleep and no help came from the hotel, despite several contacts.
