Amazing Place w/ Gorgeous View

This place has everything. Wonderful location, excellent staff and absolutely stunning views. Any accommodations we needed were taken care of right away and the property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

Would stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The views are impeccable and the unit was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We found the kitchen was outfitted well for our 8 day stay and the furnishings were all comfortable. The unit has plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, two pool slings, and 2 boogie boards that were not included in the unit description. The grounds and pools are fantastic and we had no issues getting seats at either pool during our stay. We had a few hiccups with check in but it all worked out fine. Just don’t expect to get in any earlier than the stroke of 4pm. Also, don’t loose any room keys or you will be charged $10 + tax for each. I would stay here again for sure. It’s such a great location and super quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful condo but bad management

We loved the high end appliances and overall look of the Villa. However, I immediately noticed the smell of the prior tenants which meant the place needed to be sanitized with bleach. Overall, the place was as advertised. Issues arose due to poor and untimely communication from the property management team. Assistance from management was lacking, requests were denied, and I was ghosted by the condo host (Jordan). She told me she would call me back because of an error management made and then she ghosted me (wouldn't answer my calls nor texts). I wound up taking a stressful self-help option that was not well received by their vendor. I wish I could combine the inside of the Beach Villas at Ko'Olina with the amenities we enjoyed at the Marriott Vacation Resort a block away.

Beautiful Stay

Very spacious and beautiful. Fantastic view. Lovely property. Loved the area compared to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. It was our little slice of heaven for the week. We moved next door for our last night for the kids to experience the Disney resort and quickly missed our little piece of paradise. Everything is as pictured. Enough space for our family of four. Washer and dryer were very convenient although loud when running. That’s just a minor nitpick. Just don’t run them when going to bed. Only downfall I could find, and it’s very little and wouldn’t stop me from renting again was that there wasn’t much room for suitcases. There is drawer space in the master if you like to unpack but if you are like me, there wasn’t space to put your suitcase and live out of it. Again, minor detail but a little frustrating with the suitcases laying beside the beds on the floor and maneuvering around them. In the second bedroom there is a closet but not really accessible with the bed right in front of it. All in all I would not hesitate to rent again or recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation spot.

Stellar property!

The unit was amazing. Parking was safe and convenient. The unit was beautiful, quiet and extremely comfortable. Great location and the front desk staff and owner's representative were incredibly helpful. I will definitely be back!

Spectacular

This property was perfect for our family. Comfortable living space with everything we needed from full kitchen, comfortable beds to extra toilet paper. The view was spectacular (ocean and Mountain View). Saw Aulani and 4 seasons hotel in the view as well. It wasn’t overly crowded. Had great vibes from staff and other guests and has nearby shopping and eating.

"One of the best places I have stayed"

The pictures and description are 100%. The company was in contact with us from the start. Check in was a breeze, they even had a guide show us around. The airport is about 30 minutes away. Beach had calm water and soft sand. I suggest to any to stay hear, if you busy and lots a people , stay downtown.

Sunsets in paradise

My very favorite place in Hawaii is Ko Olina, and this property did not disappoint. The size of the unit is perfect for a family vacation. Love that you get the square footage, separate sleeping spaces for parents/kids and the perfect size lanai for morning coffee or happy hour cocktail. We brought our own beach towels but was nice to see there were options already in the unit for that if needed. There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and sandcastle buckets. The pools are awesome and not overcrowded like the other resorts nearby. Additionally, we worked with one of the bar tenders to recreate a drink that we used to order when the Four Seasons was a JW Marriott property. Very nice and personable people that you don't always get at the big resorts.

Great quiet property with amazing Lanai!

This was a very good trip and the property was just as advertised! Very nice and clean and practical. The lanai was amazing and had beautiful views of the sunset every night. The lagoon in front of this property is fairly empty most times and not near as crowded as the other lagoons. Beds were comfortable and everything practical! We will be back!

60th Birthday Celebrations!

We have been friends for over 50 years and planned our 60th celebration together here in Hawaii! It was the perfect location and the accommodations were Excellent, enough room for 4 of us to sleep, cook and relax. the lanai was the best and we spent our mornings enjoying our coffee and evenings enjoying our cocktails and sunsets. The lagoon in front was spectacular!! Also staying here helped us stay safe from any COVID exposure as we would limit our contact with other travelers very well. We cooked and also ate out at local restaurants that provided outdoor dining. We plan to make this an annual event and will be returning to this location for sure!!

Just What We Needed

Staying at this condo was just what we hoped it would be. Not only is the condo nicely appointed, clean, but it had a gorgeous view and the grounds were lovely. I liked the amenities here more than the adjacent properties! The staff was very kind as well. We would definitely stay again.
