Resort was excellent

Great location!

Gorgeous property with excellent service down to the smallest details. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Very nice property, it is our second trip on Four seasons. Everything is greate except housekeeping that is difficult to schedule in preferred time. The food in restaurants is excellent, pools and beach conditions are excellent also

I had to check out 2 days early due to unforeseen circumstances (emergency). No refund forthcoming not even a rain check or a discount for future use. It feels like artificial luxury and pleasantries for a price that I really don't want to be part of. No parking for me rental car except valet at $45 a night (turned my car in the same day I checked out). Thank you to the very friendly staff but they don't control the costs.

The Four Seasons Resort Ko Olina was EXCELLENT !! When I opened the door to our room, my reaction was OMG, this is so beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I hated to leave.

The first day and half of the second day was spent trying to get into the correct room. Previous emails and communication with the hotel was that we needed to be in a particular room or at least very close. Not only was this not done but we were put over a parking lot with a "VIEW" of the ocean! Yea if I peeked around a corner I could see the ocean. We were directly told prior to booking which room view to choose based on the room number we were looking for. At arrival we spoke to the manager who did in fact blame Orbitz, I provided the email to prove other wise, she did accommodate us but only after the day and a half over a parking lot. Also I will say when the hotel was the Ihalani Resort it was much better. When you pay that amount of $$ for a room I would not expect to pay an extra $45 a night for parking!!! The restaurant prices were extremely high, $40 for a bacon cheese burger and drink, literally. We will not book here again.

From the moment we got to the hotel, the hotel staff was nothing but pleasant. I loved all of the details like welcome gift, body pillow waiting for me in our room (we were celebrating our babymoon).

My husband and I came from gloomy Oregon to beautiful Oahu in January for a long weekend. It was well worth the expense (though we got a great deal). They upgraded us at check in to a full ocean view, and sent us champagne and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. The hotel was spotless and the staff were universally kind and helpful. We did the snorkel/outrigger, which was really fun. I took advantage of the free stand up paddle board. The hotel is on a protected, man-made cove, so even though it was windy, there were no waves. The adult pool and hot tub have spectacular views of the sunset. The only downside is that the restaurants are quite expensive. But there are restaurants nearby that are less expensive. We loved the fish we got at the fish house on the property. All in all this was a terrific, perfect place to spend a long weekend.

We were a bit disappointed with our check in experience, we didn't get the usual hawaii welcome with lai's, cold towel, etc. after a long day of travel BUT we were upgraded to a room with an ocean view and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary (which was greatly appreciated). The room was incredible!! Clean, comfortable, amazing views. Luckily, we went the week before Christmas as the hotel was not at full capacity so it was not as busy. The adult pool is really incredible IF you can score a chair poolside. Right around Christmas, it got very busy and made it more difficult to get a chair poolside (I recommend getting up early - by 8am at the latest to go down and secure your chairs, otherwise good luck!) The chairs on the lawn in front of the pool are still pretty amazing but service is a lot slower. We saw whales breaching many times! We were very excited to try Mina's Fish House but were very disappointed in the service there. In fact, after an hour of waiting, our entree never came, so we left. The Sunday brunch buffet is AMAZING! Fresh lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters, etc. It is massive and delicious. We ended up ordering room service a lot cause our room was so amazing (bolognaise sauce is INCREDIBLE) but we also had some problems there as well as I am severely celiac and lactose intolerant. The iPad's in room make things very easy BUT they still messed up my order (which I'm lucky my husband caught or I would have been sick for a couple of days).

Hotel was very nice, service was great.. like phenomenal. In house food was expensive but very good, cute shops across the street for a few cheaper and still delicious alternatives. My only complaint was that our room (6th floor ocean view) was located next to where they load and unload trucks and dumpsters so in the middle of the night we were a few times woken up by glass being thrown in dumpsters or hearing trucks back up for deliveries early. Would recommend them empty glass in day.. but would definitely stay there again. Pictures can’t do the adult pool sunsets justice. Five stars.

Hotel property in general is very nice, but feels more like a Marriott than a high end beach hotel. Staff is excellent, very attentive and pleasant. Location isn't great, there are a few shops and restaurants in small center across the street, otherwise limited to very high priced options within the resort. Disney resort hotel is right next door (think kids), sharing the small lagoon with the hotel. Pools are very nice but small considering size of hotel. Only ate on resort a few times, twice at the breakfast buffet which is good but pricey, and the Fish House which really was not great, definitely not worthy of a Four Seasons location. If you are hoping to walk to a natural beach, there is nothing nearby, you will need to drive. I think the staff has done a very good job given the property and it's location, but I would recommend looking elsewhere like turtle Bay or another island maybe for a proper relaxing beach vacation.

We stayed at the this hotel for 5 nights and it was a great stay. We were alittle nervous with some bad reviews we saw before coming to the hotel. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Wailea in maui twice so we had high expectations and I must say that this was an absolutely wonderful stay. I wish the hotel reception area was updated when the hotel was changed to the Four Seasons. There were other slight things I wish could be improved- we woke up very hot the last two night despite putting the AC at the lowest temp and one of our bathroom sinks started backing up halfway through our trip. But that is where the complaints end. The grounds are gorgeous, the room was beyond comfortable, and we truely had a wonderful vacation. The adult pool is gorgeous. We were so relieved to not have to hope to get a spot at the adult pool like we did at Wailea- which made it that much more relaxing. There was always plenty of room at the adult pool. We always thought we would go back to the FS Wailea as often as we could but now I think we will be returning to the Ko Olina location.

One of the most spectacular hotels / locations I have traveled to.

The property is lovely, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
