Wonderful vstay
Condo was well appointed. It had pack and play , child car seat, pool toys, 2 small trikes to keep our grandchildren comfy and happy. Kitchen was well stocked with knifes, plates, blender and rice cooker. There was even an air mattress. Issues that came up ,like ice maker, TV cable,were promptly addressed. We like the fact that there were solar panels too. One of the pools were right in front of the condo. It could be a slight negative for the other people voices heard from the pool, or it is a positive withe easy proximity for getting stuff from the pool to the condo. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Great location
The location cannot be beat! Although our stay started with us cleaning about 8 hours of “deeper” cleaning like sliding door curtains with major food stains, bathroom and kitchen rugs (you could feel the grossness on your feet), grime on stair banisters and some blood stains on a door (so we cleaned all the doors) and cleaned water stains and dust on blinds then organized the cabinets . Once we did that we felt like we could move forward! The walls still could use a good wipe down and a fresh coat of paint.
We were 2 hours delayed to check in due to a late check out and cleaners were I’m sure doing their best with a few hours between a check out and check in which did not give us the 24 hour covid promise between guests.
Staff, however, was super great to work with and did get us whatever we needed. We did buy an electric pancake griddle and left it for those to follow.
The condo has a wagon, 4 chairs, toys, beach sand toys, umbrellas, etc. those were great to have. There is a pack n play and sheet. We discovered the two twin beds can be strapped together for a king snd that was great!
The condo pools. Just know that no kids or adult floaties can be used. You cannot jump in the pool. They have cameras and will come and talk to you. They are beautiful pools and very well maintained. Our grands loved the bigger pool with the sand entrance. We just had to remind them to not jump in which is fine.
We really enjoyed our stay! We hope those that stayed after us enjoy our extra cleaning 😀

Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location
Wonderful, spacious condo in perfect location. Great communication with owner and property manger re check in and anything we needed. The condo was spotlesslessly clean and the bed and bedding very comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

Overall it is a very nice condo and convenient to everything we wanted to do. If I have opportunity in the future, I would stay here again. Owner and property management were very cooperative. There are several items within the condo requiring attention. The owner is aware.

A Wonderful Month at Ko'Olina
The unit was just what we needed. I would give this property 4 1/2 stars if I could figure out how. Loved the location next to the Lagoon Pool. Suggest shower walls and sinks be cleaned and rust around the faucets removed. The cold faucet on the left in the master bath keeps running if you turn it off all the way. We bought a new griddle (pans and griddle were warped and we could not make pancakes) and left it in the unit.
Thanks for the little red wagon to haul items to the beach. There were only three very old beach towels so we bought our own. We could have used more instruction on how to use the Smart TV.

Restful and beautiful
We stayed in Thu’s condo for 3 months and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in the perfect location, close to the quiet pool/jacuzzi! She has very recently updated the appliances and some furniture. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. This is our 4th winter in Hawaii but first in Coconut Plantations, it’ll now be our first choice!
Thu was very easy to deal with and quickly respond to any question.

Paradise with a great pool view.
We stayed at Thu's condo for the month of November. The weather was the best we have ever had in Hawaii. The condo was generously large and very clean. The view of the pool from the balcony was great, just like in the pictures. The location to everything in Ko Olina is one of the outstanding features because everything is within walking distance. Coconut Plantation's grounds are very well kept and the maintenance guys do a great job. Two car garage in definitely a plus. We will return in the future. One thing the condo could use is a new stove.

Beautiful, relaxing setting among the palms
We enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Coconut Plantation. It is close enough to walk to the lagoons and to shopping. The condo is spacious and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the lanai.

Ideal location for families
We had a fantastic time here. Plenty of room, our king bed was amazing, 2 pools/ 3 hot tubs for our 3 year old, nestled away from the businesses but close for walking to the beach/ restaurant/abc store.(No nightlife like Waikiki ;) Totally fine with us, as we were on a family trip!) There are also some toys & snorkels, a couple chairs & boogie boards, etc- check out the box in garage before buying any beach toys! The managers were also very helpful in getting us an extra set of keys due to our situation. There is a workout center that you can buy a card to (keep it for if you come back) & they have an assortment of classes that we made use of- yoga, paddle boarding, SUP yoga, rolling, etc.
Like someone else noted, we give this property a thumbs up, but wish to hide it away so we can return soon & have it available :) Loved it, & plan to be back!

We already contracted for next year
We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. The owner has a positive, constructive approach to her guests. Heck, we’ve already contracted for next winter. We’re a retired couple about 70. We spend the winter in Hawaii, so we’re living here vs full-on vacationing. (We keep our bikes and Hawaii stuff in a storage rental.) The pictures are accurate. Everything worked fine. We only used the master bedroom, but we both agreed (rare event) the bed was super comfortable. The pool is very convenient, especially if you have children. The Coconut Plantation, where the rental is located, is quiet with minimal traffic. Disney and other resorts are across the street, and their lagoons make vacation life or our life very easy. Since we’re living here, nearby (10-minute drive) is extensive retail in Kapolei, Costco, TJ, Target, Walmart, Ross, etc., and we’re very happy with Loft Yoga (Kapolei) and its variety of Yoga classes and other Yoga classes M-W-F at 8:30AM in the Plantation area referred to as the hammock section, a bunch of Palm trees that look situated for hammocks. Since we spend a lot of time in Hawaii, the community’s extraordinarily effective pest control surprised and delighted us.

Amazing, Beautiful, Peaceful
We can't say enough good things about this place. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The plantation was beautiful and peaceful. Shopping and the beach are a short walk away. Loved our stay! Can't wait to go back!
