Wonderful suite and location. Amenities in the suite including surf board, beach chairs, beach umbrella etc made it very nice to stay in with our family of 5 including 3 grown children.

Incredible Vacation

We loved our stay in Ko Olina. The check-in was a breeze, the unit was very well appointed and our stay could not have been better. It was great to use the fully stocked kitchen for making dinners. We loved closing out each night with the pool and hot tub. The on-site bar made great pina coladas. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to be back. I highly recommend this rental!

Excellent Experience

Great property! Very clean except for the washer and dryer. There was mildew around the rubber rings in both. The experience overall was 5 star. I would not hesitate to use Ola Properties again. A wonderful experience overall.

Annual Family Vacation

Our entire weeklong stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was spectacular!! The Ko Olina area and specific unit we stayed in, is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed time at each of the pools and the lagoon. Poolside cocktails from the bar were delicious. We dined at 4 of the restaurants across the way, all very good. The local country market had everything we needed. The luau at the Disney Aulani Resort was fantastic!! 5 stars!! We also golfed at the Ko Olina Golf Club, which was amazing, complete with a Mickey shaped bunker and view of the “back side of water!” We also enjoyed a full day island tour, including Pearl Harbor & Arizona Memorial. And we finished off our week with a sunset dinner cruise on July 4th that included a view of the fireworks from the Waikiki Hilton. Amazing week on Oahu!!

Amazing!

Wow! Pictures did not do this property justice. So very nice and spacious with killer views. Our family of 5 had lots of space to spread out. Spent a lot of time on the lanai staring at the pool and ocean. Management company super responsive when there was an issue with the AC and when we requested a late checkout. Loved being able to walk to some different restaurants, a grocery store and some little shops. I would definitely stay here again. Much less crowded and no traffic like Waikiki.

Excellent Except for a Couple of Things

The condo is very nice, has nice views and a nice lanai. We found it clean. There is a beautiful lagoon and beach that is within a five minute walk. Our contact Jordan was very helpful. The only issue was that one of the showers did not drain at all. We informed management early in the trip, but it was never addressed.

Great Location and View

There were many positive aspects about this condo. Check in was smooth, the location was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu, AND we enjoyed seeing the ocean each morning from our balcony and being able to take a quick walk to the beach. The only downside was that the kitchen island has a bug issue that needs to be addressed. The property management was responsive to our request to spray, but additional measures will need to be taken for future guests. It is only for that reason I would give it between 3 1/2 and 4 stars.

Beautiful place in great location

I wanted somewhere that was safe, clean and on the ocean with enough comfortable space for our family to enjoy all that Oahu has to offer. This definitely delivered on all counts. I can't emphasize enough how clean the entire place seemed and how great it was to have a place to "live" while we ventured all over the rest of the island. With so much "hustle and bustle", it is great to have a place that felt relaxing to rest and enjoy. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled promptly and with courtesy. I appreciated that! It isn't inexpensive. But in my opinion, if you are able to afford, it is fantastic!

Nice Unit, Ola Property is Difficult

Great unit and floor plan (3 bdrm) in a nice location. We really enjoyed this property. The only negative of the unit was the living room furniture, extremely dirty. They should definitely replace it. The large negative to watch out for is Ola Properties as the property manager. Difficult to work with and not customer service focused at all. I would aggressively avoid renting units managed by Ola Properties.

Love the location but not so much on this unit

Location is perfect, the beach and pool is super convenient. Garage parking is too tight to park a big van/truck even on handicap parking space. Drying machine doesn't work on the first few days, technician had to swap machine from a different unit. Floor was not mopped and vacuum, foot turned black walking barefooted on the first 5 minute. Cockroach found alive in dishwasher. Air condition did not work in the bedroom for the first day.

Two big disappointments

The lap pool was under repair. It was right outside our balcony and it would have been nice to know. I may have chosen a different unit because of the noise and unavailability if the lap pool for exercise. The other issue was the washer and dryer. Not only were they too small for the unit (2 beach towels at a time), but they were breaking down constantly. It was very disruptive to have the maintenance guy come 3 times. For the amount I paid for the unit, the two issues were both big issues. We will not be staying in that unit again nor will we recommend it. Unfortunate.

Stay overview

There was a huge bug problem in the kitchen. We purchased spray and had the property manager send pest control. They sent pest control timely but we spent the week cleaning up bugs so that was unpleasant for something this expensive. Other than that it was clean well equipped and had a nice view.

Great location, AC in master didn't work

Overall, this property is situated in a great part of Oahu and the beach can't be beat. It was a roomy unit, but we didn't have working AC in the master bedroom for 5 of the 8 days we were there. Called property management the first day as there was an error message on the display in the master. They said there was already a ticket for the problem, so this was a known issue that we were not advised of. I called and texted Ola Properties 4 more times before they sent someone to fix the issue with only a small fan in the bedroom to keep us cool in the night. Would have been great to have had this addressed before we checked in or at least let us know. Kitchen is equipped with the absolute bare minimum utensils, glasses, mugs without even salt and pepper in the unit, so if you plan to cook, bring what you need. For the price we paid we expected more, but the place was just fine overall. Next time we'll skip the Ocean Tower units as you can't see the sunset from the Lanai and investigate the Beach Tower or the Marriott. The area is lovely and the grounds and pools were clean and not crowded. Front desk was kind, but referred us to property management for anything unit related and couldn't even provide and extra trash bag for us when asked.

Decent

Stayed at Ko Olina before. This property ranks mediocre compared to others. Room amenities were at bare minimum. Had cockroaches but maintenance was quick to respond when we could get a hold of them. Otherwise Ko Olina is a great place to stay and this condo was ok for the price.

Wonderful!

It was so nice to have space large enough to spread out, everyone have their own bed, a kitchen for breakfast and coffee in the morning and enjoy an incredible view at the same time AND have a quiet lagoon or pool to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful stay

I loved the property. If you are Oahu for business it was nice staying outside the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Its hard to escape the traffic but being in Ko'Olina helped.
