Aloha and welcome to our oceanview beach villa at the luxurious Beach Villas at Ko Olina! This spacious 3-bedroom villa has been beautifully furnished to offer both the comforts of home and the luxury of a tropical vacation. The large lanai, complete with comfortable armchairs and a large couch, allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle from sunrise to sunset. You can choose to keep the lanai doors open to let in the fresh Hawaiian breeze or use the central air-conditioning for added comfort.

The villa features a state-of-the-art kitchen designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, equipped with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The granite kitchen island has four bar stools for casual dining and socializing, while the large dining table seats eight people comfortably. The living room boasts a large modular sofa that can be rearranged to sleep two additional guests, and Netflix is available on the 55” flat-screen TV for endless entertainment options.

The master bedroom opens up to the lanai and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, large separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two TwinXL beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. All beds are top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with sumptuous linens, plush pillows, and cozy down comforters. For your convenience, a Bosch washer and dryer are provided in the unit, so feel free to pack light.

Should you want to grill outdoors, there are four Wolf Grills and numerous picnic tables around the pool area. The villa provides a unique and relaxing experience that truly represents the meaning of `Ko Olina,` a `Place of Joy.` We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful haven.

This villa comes with two parking stalls allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort`s discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
Guest must follow all the resort House rules that will be provided upon arrival.
