We had a fabulous week in this lovely condo with family despite the rain and flooding. The management company was in constant contact from the moment I booked the place, to confirming our arrival time, having a greeter to expedite our check in and escort us to the condo and walk through all the mechanics, to recommending activities. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to reduce our costs by cooking breakfast and a couple of dinners while there. We loved the views, pools, and the lagoons. Having an in suite washer and dryer was a great amenity. All in, I highly recommend this property and will be back.

Stellar visit

Ko' Olina does not disappoint. Beautiful beach. Incredible sunsets. Ola Properties were great hosts and the property is well managed. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great condo with beautiful view. High quality appliances in a great kitchen. Washer/dryer allows you to pack light. Wonderful restaurants and mini mall with shops all within walking distance. Loved the tiki bar on site with live music every night but Sunday. Staff was prompt and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Ko Olina Beautiful

This condo is perfect. The views are amazing. The masterbath does have a separate tub and a walk in shower. Comes fully equipped in kitchen, regular coffee maker. The location is awesome! The men played golf also. This is a gem of a place. Even has beach chairs & coolers to use.

WOW, we were IMPRESSED!

We made last minute reservations and Debi was fantastic with our plans. Upon arrival, we met with Jack who walked us up to our Villa and gave us a tour & orientation (which was very refreshing & helpful) and was available to answer any questions we had (Thank you Jack!). Resort grounds are beautiful & clean with a very private beach lagoon. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable, well mantained & true to pictures and description. We truly enjoyed our sunrises & sunsets on the AMAZING Lanai (we spent a lot of time there). Walks to nearby resorts & restaurants. You really can spend your entire vacation in Ko Olina! This will be THE PLACE for us to stay for our future Oahu visits!

Perfect spot for a vacation with small kids

The location and the amenities are phenomenal. You can walk between the swimming pool and the beach in 1 minute and there's plenty of restaurants at the nearby resorts (10min walk). The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and there was a closet full of stuff for the beach like umbrellas, coolers, chairs, floaties, etc (no sand toys though). The swimming pool was the highlight of the trip. It has two spas and a sandy area. It also has a bar overlooking both the swimming pool and the sea. They serve cocktails, ice cream and pizza and hot dogs. They also play live music many nights of the week. Twice a day you can feed the koi fish at the resort. This was a great activity for our little kids to start their day. It was just wonderful!

Perfect stay!

This is a beautiful property, in a great location in Ko Olina away from the big city feel of Waikiki but still in close driving distance to tourist spots. The villa and whole property were immaculate. The pool area is gorgeous and there were always chairs available. The beach lagoon was never crowded and absolutely pristine and peaceful. There was even good snorkeling there. Walking path along lagoons was great for morning walks and short distance to restaurants next door at other resorts and the Ko Olina town center area. Enjoyed sitting at the beach bar, and using the grilling area for group dinners. For this unit, the view from the patio is spectacular, especially great at sunset, all needed amenities were provided, including beach equipment, and the included parking spot was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this to all. I have stayed at the Four Seasons next door and would definitely choose this property instead again next time. They also were great with COVID precautions but nothing was closed. Not a single critique! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property, mediocre condo unit

We've stayed at the Beach Villas in the past and booked there again because it's a wonderful property. It's not as crowded and hectic as the hotels nearby, has beautiful grounds, beach access, multiple pools, a fitness center, and attracts guests ranging from young families to retirees. This particular condo unit was clean, but a bit tired looking--furniture is worn, tile flooring needs work, carpet is stained. Our dishwasher didn't work despite a couple of attempts to get it fixed. First world problem, but doing dishes 2-3 times a day for a family of five wasn't quite in our vacation plans, especially since there is no drying rack or double sink. The dishwasher itself was pretty grungy from not working properly. The window in the smaller bedroom had an issue with the hinge, making us concerned it could fall on someone, so we didn't use it. The walk-in shower handle was quite loose and needs to be tightened. The representatives I spoke with were very apologetic. Based on the other units I've seen, this unit had fewer upgrades and some delayed maintenance. We were offered a refund equivalent to about 3% of the total cost of the rental to make up for the issues. Overall, I would stay at the Beach Villas again, but would rent a different unit.

Wonderful oceanfront villas

Property was spacious and plentiful beach items, such as chairs and floats, were in the unit. Loved the lanai with the doors that open fully and the view of the beach and lagoon pool from it. Furniture shows wear but that is to be expected with a full time rental property. Only real issue was that not enough toilet paper was provided, so we had to pick some up at the store.

So beautiful. I loved it here!

Family of 6. 3 adults, 3 kids ages 12-15 accommodated us all. This place was more then I expected. The view, amazing. Pools, amazing. Lagoons, amazing. Villa was clean. Plenty of bath towel (in closets) and beach towels under sink. Lots of beach gear in closet. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards. Could use a new hide-a-bed. Teens said it was very wavy and the bar was in their back. If you are looking to stay in one place and not travel, this place has it all. If you need to explore the island just know everything is 35-55 minutes away (on a good day) Kualoa Ranch, PCC, North Shore, USS Arizona, Manoa Falls, Wiamea (sp) falls and botanical gardens, etc. We were driving constantly but knew this ahead of time. We did not want to stay in the city. So glad we didn't. Refrigerator is completely empty. Expected, but hoping they would have condiments or something. There was garlic powder, salt, pepper, sugar, bathroom essentials, dish soap, dishwasher soap (5 packets) even a small amount of laundry detergent. I was so happy because by the time we got there form Detroit we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. We went to Eggs and Things the next morning and then to Walmart and Costco. for our food essentials. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I left some unopened pantry and freezer food for the the next reservation along with some reef safe sunscreen, pool noodles and toilet paper. Hopefully they do not throw them away! We had an amazing stay. Hope you do too! Mahalo!

Amazing property, villa needs some updates

I'm torn with this review. We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recomend this property to anyone. The resort is beautiful, clean and well kept up. The pools are great, the VIEW is AMAZING, and the little bar area had live music a couple nights a week and was a convenient place for drinks and snacks. The location of this resort, is perfect as well. This particular unit could use some updates as the previous review mentioned. The unit looked to be very clean, kudos to the cleaning team, however the carpets are stained, furniture is quite worn, bar stools were splintering, much of the woven furniture is breaking, etc. This obviously just happens over time, but really needs to be replaced. The lack of a working dishwasher for the majority of our stay was an inconvenience we were not informed of, but that was resolved on day 8 of our stay with a new dishwasher installation. The smaller bedroom has a window that opens off its hinge and the blinds don't work well so we left them alone. One of the pictures hanging over the bed fell on my daughter's head while she slept, so maybe use a couple of nails to secure items on the wall, instead on just one. The sunshade that automatically rolls down to cover the window in the living area is very cool, but it would be great to have something thicker to block out the sun since that is used as a sleeping area. It is quite bright by 6am. All in all we had a lovely time, and our greeter could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful. I agree with the previous review though, when we return, we will definitely try a different unit.

Beautiful villa...

This beautiful villa is on the morning sun side of the complex. Lovely for the additional warmth especially during the breezy February week we had. One bit of warning however, if you plan to cook at all, there was not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. In other units we've rented in the past, the cupboard was stocked with the basics- oil, seasonings, and foil/wrap. This was a nice plus that this unit lacked. Otherwise, everything you need for a beach vacation was provided. This is a great place to stay with family weather you stay put all week or wish to sight see around the island. We'll definitely be back.
