Great location, just not a luxurious experience
The unit is in a great location for nearby activities. Unit is dated and somewhat tired. All of the basics are there, but for the price, I expected a little better finishes and stocking of kitchen. Example -stove, built in microwave and oven are probably 25 years old. Built in microwave likely stopped working years ago so instead of replacing it, owner bought new counter top microwave and just left old non working microwave. Upstairs carpet, all wall hangings and overall paint are in need of refresh. Kitchen was minimally stocked - salt and pepper that's it. No Tupperware, foil for grill, etc. things that most other VRBOs in this price range would just stock. We had to call for grill utensils - not tragic, just annoying first world problem.
Refridgerator does not have ice maker as listed in amenities, but mgmt company did bring us over two bags of ice. - again had to call and be in voicemail loop. Once you got a hold of a real person they were quick to respond. Unit is overall clean, but the fake flowers and blinds were awfully dusty. Blinds in 2nd bedroom were broken and sink leaked on last day of stay.
There are no beach accessories like chairs, toys etc. You are on your own for this.
overall we were disappointed but everything was functional just zero on the wow factor. Not very welcoming to find a stack of old dated pictures and a walker. If owner would spend a little place could be amazing. I think this was one of their first rentals.
