Host is very responsive and helpful. The room is well accommodating making our stay very comfortable. Love the decor as well. Coconut Marketplace within walking distance, often bought food to cook from there. Hope to com again!

This condo was a dream! Clean, cozy, and in the perfect location to enjoy Kauai. Loved coming back here after beach days and hikes. The hosts were attentive and made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful, very comfortable and has the most amazing views of the ocean. The unit is immaculately clean and very functional. The location is great as it is near many restaurants and shops and it is a good starting off point for activities around Kauai. Communication was excellent and our overall experience was outstanding. Amazing Condo!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing ocean view! It is very clean and much more updated than the pictures show! Everything is recently renovated and we had a super easy and relaxing experience. I would 1000% stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was our first visit to Kauai and we loved staying here. The location is great. Right on the water without people walking behind the property and a short walk to Wailua beach. It is also about a mile from Lydgate Park which was a great place to swim and snorkel. The location has restaurants within walking distance and makes it easy to drive either north or south on the island.The condo has been recently updated and is very clean. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need in the condo. The washer and dryer were so convenient to have. The owners are very responsive and responded to several of our messages before and after we arrived. We also met their property manager who is also great. We not only loved beautiful Kauai, but were able to completely relax and enjoy the ocean sights and sounds from the condo. We will definitely stay here again when we go back.

Great stay

The reviews said it was well-appointed they were right! Everytime we said to each other, do they have this? they did! It is clean and newly and tastefully renovated and the bed was super comfy with good linens (important to me).Kauai is EXPENSIVE so it was great to make breakfast everyday and eat it out on the balcony, which has a private view. It is important to know that this property is not a resort so there is no outdoor areas to lounge other than the balcony and the pool (which does not face the ocean). When looking at other places that had pools, lounging areas and beach access, they charged a resort fee so it was more expensive. We had no issues because we were out hiking every day and threw the beach chairs in the back of our car and went to different beaches after our outings, which was awesome. The Lava Lava Club restaurant/bar was close and they have a beach there to hang out on and Lae Nani for safe swimming is right there. We had a fantastic first time in Kauai! A truly special place.

Excellent location.

Very nice property. Beautiful ocean front view. Right across the street from a lovely cafe called Passion Bakery Cafe. There was a wonderful Luau experience down the street called Luau Ka Hikina. A little pricey but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The property is just right fortwo people

Lovely Spot

This condo was perfect, with spectacular views and well-appointed set up. The location also allows access to all parts of the island a reasonable drive, and plenty of good food options right across the street (Naisla was excellent, and Lotus Ramen was top 5 ramen I've had and enough for two meals). The two minute walk to the beach allowed for an early morning swim and watching the sun coming up. Check in was a breeze with the room code, and Teri and Ron were communicative and provided all the info we needed for a smooth trip. Our week-long stay was a perfect mix of activities and relaxing, which was made possible in no small part to where we stayed. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Kapaa Stay

This condo lived up to its billing big time. Teri (prop owner) was responsive at every turn. It's obvious she anticipates her guests every need, would give it more stars if we could. The updated features of the property made the stay carefree. The location is centrally located in the island keeping the long drives to a minimum. The view from the Lanai was excellent for whale watching and kite surfer watching. Thanks Ron and Teri.

Spectacular Condo Unit on Kauai

This was a fantastic stay for a couple. The view of the water is outstanding and the sound of the crashing waves was very relaxing each day. The unit has new updates and was extremely clean. The building is in a good and easy to access location. Can't recommend this place enough!
