The refrigerator was so cold that it froze most of the food I had in it creating more expense to eat. Purified water froze. Also I started watching a series on Netflix and was just getting into it when everything changed and I had to buy a Netflix deal to finish watching it, which I did not. I could not get the regular tv remote to work. This was very disappointing.For the three nights I stayed here a baby was crying all night in another condo. I couldn’t sleep. It was not a restful stay.Overall disappointing

Easy check-in, very nice decor, clean with all the comforts of home. The view from the unit is great and the grounds are beautiful and maticulously maintained. Only downfall was we could not get regular local progaming on the TV no matter what we tried.

Beautiful unit with great views! Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware. It was nice to walk the beach, and to be able to walk to Coconut Marketplace for food, entertainment, and shopping. The Shearwater birds nesting somewhere close by serenaded us through the night. We had some issues at the start of our stay with numerous light bulbs out, access codes for the pool and gates, and getting the Wifi to work and the agent managing the unit (Candace) was responsive and excellent to work with.I dropped 1 star because the lanai railing was rotted out and had completely separated at the corner of the lanai, feeling very unsafe especially with a toddler. It was resolved on day 2 with a temporary brace which I was grateful for. Along those lines this unit felt exceptionally damp, there were ferns growing out of the lanai floor and there was water damage around all the windows. While I didn't see visible mold around the windows and doors, we did notice the silk flowers in the bedroom were covered in dark mold spots.
