Living Experience

Location is still alright. Supply of breakfast need to be improved as some of the food is already cold by the time when we do our collection especially when it was supplied by outside caterer. Wifi connection & internet speed need to be improved.

Second time here with big contrast

Good: - Convenient location - There is a street full of restaurants nearby Bad: - Check-in staff is not authentic at all - The air conditioning system of room and lobby is not favorable (even we set the temperature super low, we can still wake up because of the heat in room) - The breakfast set is not flexible at all, at least drinks should be optional - The breakfast buffet is not attractive, customers should choose what to eat wisely in order not to get sick (FYI, this Is just personal experience)

Awfully small room. Awful buffet food.

The room was very small, which should have been stated. The morning breakfast buffet was awful. I suspect the food not freshly cooked and serviced, There were very few guests, and there seem to be many rooms available. And yet Hotel.Com was posting messages that not many rooms are available. I will not believe Hotel.Com anymore.

Central Little Gem !

Sometimes you find somewhere that`s it`s own little Gem for location and Value and this place ticks all the boxes. Around 6 min walk from Main Train Station. Exit station on right side, look across street towards the large "Airline Inn" Hotel. Next Street to the right as you look will be "Tong Ai Street", take this street after approx 200m you will find the canal, turn right and walk ahead for another 200m and the hotel will be on your right. Very modern hotel with small cool patio area at back.Rooms really nice.

We've enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is clean and spacey. The location is good with good small restaurants/stalls around the area. There is a good night market just around the corner. The MRT station is very close by. Overall, we would rate highly for this hotel.

Great location. Generally clean and tidy hotel and good service. Breakfast quality was fair. Need improvements in the following: - Bugs esp. mosquitos are found in lobby, lift, hotel corridor, and room - toilet bowl sometimes clogged - leakage from the shower cubicle flooded bathroom floor - booked double room but was given a room where two twin beds were placed together covered under a bed sheet
