Pros: Room quality and view as well as cleanliness; pool, beach, and most of the friendly and attentive staff. Cons: Consistently harassed by various staff to buy into their vacation program. Pressured to the point of near extortion into attending a presentation that was a well-orchestrated, albeit amateur, swindle. Had it not been for the sleazy sales approach, we may have bought in, and we may have returned to this property as well. But, given the underhanded nature of their approach, neither will likely happen.

The hotel is really amazing, great facilities and installations. The room was ver spacious and comfortable, wee had an issue with the blow dryer, but it was taken care immediately. The only issue was the service, mostly in the restaurants and pool. It must be challengeful to train local people, it needs special attention.

Unfortunately, my experience fell well below expectations. Service throughout the property was consistently poor—orders for drinks were difficult to place, and when they were taken, items were frequently incorrect or not delivered at all. The spa experience was particularly disappointing. Despite the high price point, the level of service did not match the cost. The massage itself was one of the worst I have experienced and lacked both professionalism and quality. Additionally, there was a significant issue with my booking through Expedia. The room I selected and confirmed was not what was reserved for me at the resort, which caused unnecessary frustration upon arrival. Based on this experience, I would not use Expedia again. Overall, this stay did not deliver the level of service or value that was promised or expected.

The property is filled with great staff and food;however, the property itself, could use a lot of help. There was a lot of cracks and the appliances like the hot tub on the balcony could be updated or use a bit of extra scrubbing. There were days when the stairs were dirty and had trash on it for days. Also, one day at the pool they were spraying chemicals that was blowing directly towards the pool for everyone to breathe in and they did not stop even when asked to. DO NOT DO THEIR TIMESHARE MEETING!!! They kept us there from 10-5:30 and wasted our entire day. The beach needs more beach chairs. With a resort that gets that much people, you should not have to be getting up early on vacation to make sure you secure a chair for the day!!!! Overall, they have great staff and the food was really good at all the restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at the resort. The food was fantastic, the activities were a blast, and the whole atmosphere made the trip unforgettable. The service throughout the week was excellent, and our butler Manuel added an extra level of care that really elevated our experience.

Our room was ready when we checked in at 12:30pm even though check in is advertised for 3pm. Our only complaint is how long it took to check in! They sat us on a couch in the lobby and had to talk to at least 3 people before we were given keys to our room. Even if the room hadn't been ready, that would have been okay. We were prepared to hang at the pool or walk around. Instead we had to sit on a couch in the lobby for an hour while we were checked in. We wished the process would have been much faster.

The room was more than we expected, so beautiful!! And the staff was the best!! David at the pool for water aerobics was so fun and entertaining!! Loved the pool party and DJ and the Sax player in the water was amazing!!
