The cleanliness of the resort was very good. Most of the food was wonderful, with a couple of exceptions. We did not enjoy portofino. But we loved the Brazilian restaurant. Our butler Karen was absolutely wonderful. The bar staff was very good. There were times when service was fantastic at meals and times when it is not so great.

It was an amazing experience! We stayed in the beachfront suite with the hot tub on the patio, in the Family Selection area of Kantenah. This property is gorgeous and the staff definitely makes you feel VIP. Everyone from the butler to the bar staff to the shuttle drivers, all were friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend the Family Select for the perks. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this all-inclusive resort with our family, including our 2-year-old and 10-month-old. We stayed in the Family Selection, which was absolutely worth it and made traveling with young children so much easier. The resort was very stroller-friendly, clean, and felt safe and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food offered great variety for both adults and kids. The pools and family areas were a highlight, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We made great memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for families with young children.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation.

Amazing Family Experience at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa Our stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa was truly unforgettable. We visited for my daughter’s birthday trip, and the resort made it incredibly special from start to finish. We stayed in the Family Selection, and the staff there made our trip exceptional. Our butlers, Luis and Emmanuel, were outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Israel also did an incredible job arranging a beautiful birthday surprise at the beach cabana and decorating our room. These special touches created memories we’ll cherish forever. The resort drivers who transport guests around the property were always helpful and attentive, making it easy to get anywhere comfortably. The food was excellent, our rooftop room had stunning views, and the Family Selection pool and kids’ program quickly became our favorite part of the stay. Everything felt relaxing, well-organized, and family-friendly. We are leaving with wonderful memories, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! Alex Quiñones

Overall a great resort with clean rooms and beautiful lobby. It is a large resort with lot of restaurants and multiple pools. Service is also good. Beach is also nice. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at family selection. The resort made us feel welcomed the entire time. Every employee we encountered was polite and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We saw the flamingos, monkeys and all sorts of wildlife. We were always able to find a spot at the pool and the beach, both are beautiful.
