Check in was very simple, and I was even allowed to check in slightly early, since the check in time was wrongly listed at 2 pm rather than 3 pm. The room was very accessible, and the bed was very comfy, even more so than the beds of the last two Best Western motels at which I stayed.

It didn’t feel safe, It was super loud, there was mouse poop on one of the beds, and weird stains on the bed, side of the bed. We ended up just leaving and getting a different hotel.

The property is run down. Rust is on the towel holder above the toilet. I had to request housekeeping, as it is not done daily to get new towels, etc. Breakfast is frozen burritos they heat up and cut in half, waffles that you do get to make fresh, and some quick take items like yogurt. We could hear lots of noise from upstairs, and outside. This property has the door at the room, not an inside the building door. So less secure than I prefer. We had bugs in the room, not bed bugs, but flying insects and stink bugs in the wash area. The carpet was okay, but certainly not what I expect at a Best Western labeled room. Overall I would advise others not to stay unless expectations are low. I feel the price was a bit high for what we actually got.
