This place had everything we needed for our entire family of 6. Comfortable bedding, sofas, plenty of linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Laundry machine, and dryer. The coffee they had was amazing. Normally a one cup drinker, but we doubled up because it was fantastic. Everything worked as it should. Communication with the property owner was on point. I felt safe and the place was quiet.

The house itself was adequate, but unfortunately it was not very clean upon arrival there was hair in multiple areas, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, stairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Additionally , the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe/sketchy, especially at night. With batter cleaning and stocking of essentials, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.

Convenient location, easy to access. House was very clean, and had a cozy living room. The thermostat was at 66 and didn’t seem to be adjustable so it was a bit colder than expected in the house unfortunately. The room lighting could be better, it seemed generally dark especially downstairs even with the lamps. There was a neighbor who played video games all night that the bass from the audio was just reverberating through the house all night both nights which made sleeping very difficult.
