We checked in only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. When I went back to tell the staff member she asked if I wanted another room! What did she think? The breakfast fare was lacking as well. There was one orange, no granola, no bananas. And the tv was playing loudly, a news channel that stirs up unwanted political dialogue.
Good place to stay after the Royals game on the way back home.
We walked into the room and found the sink was full of brackish water, they moved me to another room I couldn't get the keys to work in the door after getting new keys only one of them worked, the air conditioning didnt work very well had it on high all night and it barely kept up

Staff was courteous and helpful. Internet service would not connect at computer in lobby. Carpets and floors look dirty and worn. Room was large and clean. Smelled good. Brekfast was good, lots of choices. Breakfast was only served until 9:00. Very crowded from 8-9:00. Had to wait in line-no where to sit. Do not plan to walk anywhere from your hotel. No sidewalks and very busy intersections.
