Very convenient location; restaurants, shopping and gas stations within walking distance. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very professional! They are so welcoming when you arrive for check in. The hotel is CLEAN!!! That is a major plus for any overnight accommodation!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here and both times we enjoyed our stay.
Check in was very rude. Three people checking in and the clerk was taking phone calls and setting up reservations. Very rude when guests are standing there. These calls should go to a reservation desk when guests are present. Billing has been a hassle on several occasions. Sometimes the $25 hold fee doesn't come back and this time, a double charge. Shouldn't have to chase these issues down so often. On the positive side we've stayed there several times and like the Hotel. Clean, new, decent breakfast. Get these quirks worked out and it would be a 5.

Great quality and value. Rooms are UV ray treated to ensure cleanliness. Professional staff. They should do better snow removal in the parking lot to ensure enough parking spaces.
