Casita in town Kanab for "Value Seekers" up to 6 Guests. Newly renovated, walk to shopping/restaurants, and all the local attractions. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and work station, 1 Bath, and a full kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for meals including some spices and staples. Downstairs has a pass-through bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom and a private queen size bedroom.
There is a shared back yard patio with BBQ area with a table and chairs and there is a Fire Pit area for your use that is shared space. Most Guests do not use the back yard. Many Guests love that there are many restaurants and a grocery store within a 5 min walk of the home. If you have more Guests there is also a 2 Bedroom unit at this property which makes it a 5 Bedroom 3 Bath with 2 full kitchens, that accommodates 10, if it is not already booked.
There is plenty of parking even for trailers beside and in front of this property. Bryce and Zion National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are less than 2 hours away.

The host was very responsive and great to deal with. The house was clean and had all the amenities. They also let us stay with our dog which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for busy Kabab visit

We recently stayed 4 nights at this duplex while volunteering at Best Friends and hiking at Zion. It was a very functional, clean, quiet place for our family of three with our small dog. We enjoyed walking downtown as well as having a grocery store right across the street. Communication was quick and photos are accurate. We’d definitely stay again when we come to Kanab.

Location, Location

The location was a good mid-point to the slot canyons (Red Hollow, Cottonwood Narrows, Wire Pass, Toadstool). The property provided ample space for four. We had everything we needed for the three-night stay. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.
