Best family vacation

The property was as described. It was generously stocked with toiletries, beach towels, beach and pool amenities. Enough beach chairs and umbrellas , several boogie boards, snorkeling gear. The house was perfect for our family of 10! Several beaches nearby enjoyed by the family. We loved the pool and the sunrises from the lanai! We were able to really enjoy family time on the home. It was so relaxing! Best family vacation ever! Didn't take any pictures of the house because they match those provided in the description. The big open area was perfect for family games!

Great place to stay

We had a perfect stay here. It’s in a standalone development but nearby to a resort area with markets, shops, and restaurants. It was enjoyable to hang out at the house/pool and there are also a lot of great beaches within a 15 minute radius. We ended up exploring most of the island and it was an ideal base to visit Kona, Waimea, Hilo, and even a manageable day trip to Volcanoes National Park. Hosts were friendly and responsive but not intrusive. Would love to come back again someday soon.

Paradise

This home was truly a hub for making the best memories. We had never been to Hawaii so we found the location to be perfect, close to so many beaches and within a drive to many adventures. The house was the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed in, with everything labeled and easy to find. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved having the gym in the garage. Even beach accessories were provided! This was truly a gem of a home and made for SO many family memories, we hope to return!

Lava rock paradise

What a wonderful experience! Plenty of room for our blended family of 9. The location and views were incredible, close to wonderful beaches and easy access to anywhere on the island. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Great home for groups.

The overall stay was excellent. We enjoyed the back yard pool and bbq. The rooms provided plenty of space and bathrooms. Easy access from main highway and close to golf and shopping. Pictures were very accurate.

From the moment we stepped into this 5-bedroom paradise on the Big Island, we were blown away. With a group of seven, one might expect to feel a bit cramped, but not here. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it feel like everyone had their own personal retreat. The cleanliness was impeccable. A great deal of care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and at home. Every detail was thought of – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy linens, this house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. This is a special shout-out to Mike, the property manager. He was truly the icing on the cake. Always available, attentive, Mike made our stay even more memorable. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident, and it’s managers like him that turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. In summary, if you're seeking a blend of beauty, comfort, and top-notch service on the Big Island, look no further. This place is a gem, and we cannot recommend it enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Another lovely stay

This is a beautiful house and setting. This house has everything you need. The kitchen has every gadget you need and plenty of room to cook. We woke up to the sunrise over the mountains. The pool and hot tub combo worked well for those times you did not want to venture out to one of several nearby beaches. Really we could not ask for anything more!

Family vacation

Excellent property. Perfect for a family group (we were 10 with 2 children and 2 toddlers. The pool was a highlight for the kids. I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is in the middle of a lava field. The yard is landscaped beautiful and it has a great view of Maura Kea.

This property and the experience exceeded our expectations! We had a nice balance of a private pool and an amazing beach close by that we loved! Family vacation in Waikoloa

The house was great for our large family and we enjoyed our stay. With the layout, each couple and their children had their own space and bathrooms, and the kids had a great time with the pool. The house has lots of beach toys and chairs available for use, and the gym was very awesome. The only challenge was the management company's communication. When we first arrived, we couldn't find the pack and play that they said would be there (it turned out to be in the bottom of a bedroom closet), and the communication from the manager was prompt but a bit rude. The house also only provided enough toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels etc for about 3 days (we stayed a week). When I asked the manager if there were any extra available, I received a rude text that I should've read the check in instructions more closely and gone to Costco to buy these items on my way into town. I checked my email and had only an invitation to download a check-in app, which the manager said didn't have the right information and should be disregarded. I asked him to resend the email instructions, and never received them. Given the price of the rental, it seemed a bit petty to only leave a few rolls of toilet paper and other basic items and demand that renters go to Costco upon arrival.

Perfect Family/Group House!

Great house to meet up with family from Oregon and Colorado. The house fit us all well and Grandma enjoyed the Ohana suite! Having the pool out the back door was wonderful and the view out the back was especially amazing. Highly recommend!!

Terrific house

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very well maintained,and extremely well equipped. Communication etc was smooth and easy. Renters guide with pictures and explanation was great. The kitchen had everything. And all the kitchen pans utensils were top quality. Not what we usually get with rentals. Check in/out was super easy without a list of chores to do before leaving, which was great- that IS what the cleaning fee is for. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, pool wonderful and the mini gym was awesome. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in and we travel several times a year for many years. Highly recommend.

A family retreat!

My family of 6 adults & 4 young boys had an amazing week. The house surpassed my expectations…fully equipped kitchen, linens, abundance of beach towels, games, beach boards & toys, salt water pool, huge family room area., super clean house. This was one of the nicest properties we've ever rented, and we have been using VRBO regularly for about 10 years. Well stocked on all the essentials (kitchen, linens, paper products, etc). Perfect for larger group

This was a wonderful modern clean home. Clearly well taken care of and great amenities. The pool and hot tub were great after the wind and sand at the beach. We had every appliance and took we needed to make dinner and cocktails! We would love to return!

Pineapple Paradise, Chef’s dream kitchen, fully loaded, great house for couples with young children. Need a rental car when staying at this property, in a new subdivision, hard to find at night. The beaches are close, they provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels. We were having issues with the Hot Tub working properly, but other than that we had a wonderful stay

Amazing property

This home exceeded our expectations in many ways. Perfect layout for our large family. The house was stocked with everything we needed from ample towels and pool toys to beach chairs etc…A perfectly stocked kitchen made cooking meals for our family easy. The garage gym with a peloton, weights and treadmill was a bonus . Management was very quick to respond . The only negative was some problems with the pool heater that manager was quick to try to solve. Highly recommend this property

Amazing home

We had an amazing extended family vacation here. 5 rooms and large common areas gave plenty of space to gather and retreat. Amazing pool and hot tub, kitchen (we made most of the meals here - well stocked). Watching Beautiful sunrises w a cup of coffee over the mountain each morning was a great way to start the day. Nice thoughtful touches - gym area, pool toys, beach toys, bikes, peloton and treadmill, well manicured lawn and friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend.
