Newly renovated 2-bedroom condo in the most private corner of the Mauna Lani Terrace. L201 boasts a spectacular location overlooking ancient Hawaiian fishponds amidst a seafront lagoon. With an access path to walking trails just outside the front door, it is only a short walk away from the Beach Club and the picturesque coastline of the famed Kohala Coast. Tucked away from the noise and sounds of the Mauna Lani Resort, this upgraded gem offers fresh interior spaces with Brazilian teak wood floors, a bold color palette and tropical design accents that make you feel at home in Paradise. The main living space and master bedroom feature large glass sliders that open to spacious covered lanais - where you will want to spend all your time enjoying the tropical breezes and serene lagoon views! The kitchen features an open concept with new appliances and ample space to prepare home-cooked meals. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen television, a dining room that seats 6, as well as outdoor dining or lounging options. Guests will enjoy the owners' eclectic style, attention to detail, and the show-stopping mini tiki bar!

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a lanai overlooking the fishponds, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Beautiful property exactly as described! The location is phenomenal as you can walk to the beach, the Mauna Lani resort or event to the shopping center. Property is really nicely decorated and updated. Condo comes with coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

Hawaii conference

Perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while I attended a conference. Unit was spacious and very well kept. We had a wonderful time swimming, snorkeling, hiking and relaxing just outside our door.
