Would be 10/10 if there was better communication

Property is 9.8/10 (docked .2 points due to cleanliness of the hot tub (or is it a pool?) we couldn't use it as it was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. Super clean, modern, and luxurious. Communication with host was terrible. I didn't get check in instructions until 11am same day. Host was unresponsive until day of check in. It was giving me anxiety (how can I tell the 10 other people flying in I wasn't sure the place was confirmed?) Other than that, the stay itself was extremely pleasant.

Communication was very difficult. If I did not pester I never would have known how to access the property. The property changed my dates without any notification. After the change I was only able to use the property 3 days instead of 6. No refund or credit has been issued.
