Luxury Ocean View 4 bedroom private Villa close to Surin Beach

This is a large modern 4 bedroom luxury villa, equipped to a very high standard giving spectacular views over the Andaman Ocean and Surin Beach. The villa has 500 sq metres of internal accommodation and 500 sq metres of outside living area. Each of the spacious bedrooms are fitted with en suite bathrooms and king sized beds. The villa has a private 18 metre infinity pool and there is plenty of space for guests to entertain, dine, relax and sunbathe. The villa is very private, and is in a small estate with security guards 24/7. Surin beach is less than a 10 minute walk where there are shops and local restaurants close by. Boat Avenue village, BangTao and Layan beaches are also close by. We can include beds/cots for children if required.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
