*New Listing*Perfect for couples or small families, this unit is located in Kalbarri Western Australia. Centrally located, it is within easy walking distance to town, Chinaman's beach and Finlay's Seafood Restaurant.

This relaxed villa features two comfortable patio area's to relax in while not exploring. Free parking at both the front and rear of the property.
Inside, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and split system air conditioning.
The living area has plenty of seating, with the sofa converting to a fold out bed to allow for extra guests. A flat screen tv, ceiling fan and split system air conditioner are also features in the living area.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, microwave and electric grill. You can also utilise the private courtyard BBQ to cook up a relaxed holiday meal.
The generous bathroom/ laundry room has a shower and separate toilet.
A 2 night minimum booking is required.
Please note that all bedding and towelling is provided, however please bring your own beach towels.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.
