We were happy to have gotten such a great price on this room. However, the room had an odd smell, people were smoking pot in the rooms around us, they barely supplied is with toilet paper (only a small amount that was already on the dispenser), no batteries in the remote, no cleaning service, just overall kinda run down and a victim of the economy/covid 19 era.

No tv remote, so no tv. Mold on bathroom walls. Toilet leaking onto floor. Gummy kitchen disposal. One spoon in kitchen. Latex gloves left on the sidewalk outside our door and in the kitchen floor...twice. A leaf spear from iris was near the glove when we arrived and still there when we left. Grounds were beauriful, facilities were nice, and breakfast was great. Cleaning crew polite, if inadequate.

Great location!!! Service was great although we were there for a retreat still had good stay

Main problem is Orbitz listing AND corporate site says this place has a whirlpool, which I search for as a MUST. It does not, unless it's in hotel room and not for everyone. Also it rained for 2 days and rain was pouring off roof onto stairwell to 2nd floor so got an extra shower. If you don't want a spa tub chose this place, big rooms.

We could walk to parks and restaurants that we like.

My purse was stolen from the breakfast room and all the staff helped with police phone numbers. The police found and returned my purse the next day and all the staff were almost as happy as we were. Also...the hotel had exc lent strong coffee daily so I didn't need to find a Starbucks.

The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. The pride & professionalism is evident from the moment you arrive. Will certainly encourage anyone who needs accommodations to check in here!

This hotel was perfect for the quick trip with my kids. No frills but no extra expense either! very roomy hotel room, nice kitchenette, plenty of parking, very convenient to highway & down town, airport. I would go again

Excellent room layout with separate living living, eating and sleeping spaces to give privacy to anyone seeking it. The pool and outdoor fire pit were cozy and the breakfast just right.

This hotel satisfied our requirements for accommodations and receives an enthusiastic recommendation. Beds were wonderful. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

My family stayed here for 5 days. My kids loved all the choices offered for breakfast and they enjoyed the outside pool and hot tub. It was a comfortable room.

We stayed at this hotel for five days. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Will stay here again next time I am in town.

swimming , room was great- breakfast was not so good, not very well done. everything else was so nice we will stay thire again, but thire sign for the hotel can't be seen comeing from one way. it needs to be moved out-closer to the road. we drove to the air port and on the way back we could see the sign way. with four kids this room was the very best we have ever stay at.

I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom location. It couldn't have been more perfect. Very clean, very restful. My only complaint was that there was a slight valley in my bed. They need to flip the mattresses.
