We all have our checklists and this place tics all the boxes. We were in room 301 and this was on the end of the building. Some might complain that you could see the mess next door, but we rarely even saw this. Loved that this unit had a window on the side to let in additional light, this is a feature other internal units wouldn't have. Walking out the front door to a view of the ocean every day was amazing, patio overlooked part of driveway, a few parking spots, and the pool/cabana area. This didn't bother us because we were seldom on the porch, mostly at the pool, beach, or exploring. Location - only minutes from down town Kona, and Snorkel beach areas. Comfort - very consistent with what you expect from Worldmark properties Clean - again consistent and clean, air conditioners were on when we arrived making for a comfortable room to walk into right from the start. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures, and clear as crystal. Loved the covered and uncovered seating areas. Friendly - This was our first trip to Hawaii, and our first stop on a three island vacation over 3 weeks. The staff here was amazing, friendly and welcoming. I was so happy that this was our first experience visiting the islands, and their true Aloha spirit was wonderful.

This condo is conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and beaches. Alii drive is jogger and bike friendly. Parks and beaches is within a mile if you like a casual walk. The unit is very nice and roomy. You can see a glimpse of the ocean from the unit, but seriously though, this is Hawaii! Go out there and snorkel in the shallow waters and swim with the fishies and sea turtles. The room seemed to have a good insulation because I can barely hear the noise from the outside. WiFi signal is strong enough but I did not check how fast it is to watch a movie or play games which I don’t recommend. You’re in Hawaii! Need I say more? There are barbecue grills, swimming pool, and hot tub. We got a one bedroom condo so it came with a full kitchen. My husband and I were very satisfied with the room and the personnel were nice and friendly.

Friendly staff, free parking and close to most restaurants and markets. stayed here 4 nights and would happily stay here again. The rooms were clean and spacious and air conditioned. The pool was nice and all in all a great stay

Very easy, accessible amenities. Fun pool and hot tub. And just a short walk from cafes and restaurants. What I most appreciated, though, was their concierge support. On our first morning, they had an introductory breakfast to tell us all about the island and the different activities. Our group of 6 decided to choose a few of the guided tours. Carol did such a great job making sure we all got to do the activities we wanted while also making sure everyone would be comfortable! (She made sure we got to see the mantas without anyone getting seasick!!) All six of us can agree that it was the different tour guides that made this trip so memorable and it’s all thanks to Carol!

The amenities are exactly like they are at every WorldMark. Therefore, we are very happy. Couch is a little uncomfortable and short. 2 pillow size rather than 3. The bed is very comfortable. Our unit has a large size washer and dryer. Unsure if this is true of each unit. Good location.

We stayed here for 7 nights over the New Year. The facility has a pool, spa, and bbq pits. This is a timeshare property, so there is minimal activities onsite. The nearest Kailua-Kona activities are .75mi away; Ali'i Gardens Marketplace (going sourh) and Coconut Grove Marketplace (going north). We walked each, once. But it is best to drive as there is free parking at each location. Besides, you don't want to lug your booty of shopping treasures 3/4 miles! A little further north is Kona Farmers Market with ample shopping and restaurants. We ate twice at Jackie Rey's, it was so good and less than .5mi from the WorldMark.

Stayed here for 5 nights in December over Christmas and had an excellent stay. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. Carol, Lydia and Eliza in the concierge section were especially helpful in guiding some of the things i hadn’t already planned. Don’t miss their presentation the first day you’re here as they’ll point out things you may miss and give you discounts. Free breakfast too. If you’re used to Worldmark it has the same amenities inside as they all do. Shampoo and soap is in short supply so if you need more than 2 washes you’ll need to bring your own.

We had 9 people and a baby. Got two 2 bedroom condos and had plenty of room for all. The full kitchens were crucial to saving some money on food and allowed us to make our own meals. They have nice grills by the pool that were a pleasure to use. Condos were clean and bedrooms are on opposite ends of the layout so I didn’t have to listen to my snoring brother. Some of the surrounding resorts seem a lot prettier, and may well be, but this was really all we needed. There were other families at the pool much of the time and our daughter had friends to play with in the pool most of the week.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. If there was a problem they solve it quickly. They have a orientation each morning for new arrivals and try to help you with suggestions on what to do and how to do it. The night volcano trip with guide was excellent and a lot cheaper than going by helicopter. My mother-in-law, who is 92, took her first helicopter ride and loved it.

A bad odor upon entering the room. They offered to spray it with fabreeze. Another room that a family room was staying in smelled worse. They ionized during the day, smell was back by the next morning. Can't tell if pool was salt water or not. Couldn't see your feet standing in the water. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate with what they had to work with. Location is short walk to downtown and some beaches. It was free for my family, but we were much happier when we moved to a resort in Waikoloa where we had to pay for our stay.
