Beautiful ocean-front condo in the heart of Kona!! Property has a man-made beach right on the ocean. Beach area equipped with BBQ pits, lawn chairs, shade trees and a maintained pool. You don’t even have to leave the property to get that authentic Hawaiian feel.

Very updated and newly redone condo is equipped with patio chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and other handy beach items. This will save you from renting your own. Beautiful lanai with ocean view to watch the sunset!! AC unit in living room and bedroom, also fans in every room of the house including bathroom. Couch is a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults. Unit also has a washer dryer for all your laundry needs. Also free assigned parking on site. The unit is a corner unit so there are only neighbors to one side and not two neighbors on each side, which is nice. Contact owner for RENTAL CAR availability during your stay.

Directly across the street from this condo you will find an open-air craft market for all your souvenir needs. This area is very walkable and close to Magic Sands Beach. Lots of ABC stores (Hawaiian gift shops) and local stores and great waterfront restaurants nearby as well. Driving distance to grocery store. Directly next door is a very convenient sundries store with small grocery items and drinks.
