Great spot, super comfortable and yes, it does have mini split AC units in the living room and the bedroom, which were very appreciated in the August heat. (Recent addition, photos haven't been updated yet.) It was so nice to have soft coolers and a beach wagon available. If you're searching for the beach chairs, they are in a locker in the trash chute area by the elevator on the 3rd floor -- door isn't locked, just pull (why didn't I think of that, haha).
This was a perfect location for a week of swim camp. The unit was very clean and well organized. Loved that it had 2 full bathrooms. It also had a place for your road or tri bike to hang in the unit to keep it nice and safe with tools if needed. This was a swim vacation so no bikes this trip.
