In Joyeuse, in the heart of the Mas de la Bastide self-catering village, we offer this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1000 m².

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood extra)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower, bath and separate WC + private terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 40 m² semi-covered terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

Communal areas:
- Three shared swimming pools, open from mid-April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual), including one heated pool.
- A beautiful garden of around 1000 m², shared with the other gîtes in the residence.

The house is ideally located in Joyeuse, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private garage (1 vehicle) or in the spaces in front of the house. In total, the house can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks:
- Linen included is as follows: Hand towels and crockery for the kitchen, carpets (entrance and bathroom), mattress protector, pillowcases, duvets + plaids (in winter).
- Linen for hire: Pair of sheets 15€, towels 8€/person
- The fireplace is working, wood is available as an option (price: 10€/case of wood)
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of 5€/night/pet (2 pets maximum accepted), please specify when booking.
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
