Our stay was nice good breakfast friendly staff clean rooms we forgot to ask about wifi and if there was a pool so we did not get to use them but all in all a very nice hotel

Will never, never, never stay at Lexington Suites again. Wallpaper falling off walls in one spot three feet wide. Sink dirty, coffee pot, carpet wet from leaking refrigerator, and smelled so bad that I sprayed everything with Lysol........indoor pool was closed.......I would NOT ever stay there again!

I booked this room for a football game. It was one if the last hotel rooms available. Their rates were 150/night and it was definitely not worth it! We had to change rooms 3 times due to nasty, stained sheets and towels. The Fridge also did not work and the smell was horrendous. Would not stay there again!

The hotel and rooms were clean. I arrived for the continental breakfast at 8 AM, which was an hour before closing. The breakfast bar was not maintained. They were out of eggs and I had to tell them that they were out of coffee. They did make more coffee however. Besides the breakfast issue, the staff was pleasant and the room was comfortable.

While I have no complaints regarding the room or the location, I definitely did not have a good experience. About $400 worth of irreplaceable things were stolen out of my room. Including a pieces of jewelry and personal things out of my purse and my travel bag. We checked-in late Friday night and left very early Sunday morning. Saturday we spent the entire day out of the room, but prior to leaving we told housekeeping to please not come in our room as my brother was sick and was in the bed. She said that she made of a note of it, gave us some extra towels and that was that. Right before we left for the day my brother decided he would go with us. Upon returning to the room around midnight I was putting my cards back into my purse when I noticed things were missing. I immediately told the desk attendant, who told me that no managers would be there until the following morning at 8 AM. She proceeded to write my name and phone number in a notebook with about a hundred other names and numbers (and their respective missing items). I returned to the room to go to bed and realized that jewelry was missing from my jewelry bag which was inside my travel bag. My brother returned to tell the attendant that this was much more serious, and again she wrote things down in a notebook. The next morning I awoke early to find that the "management" that was there was an assistant, who also wanted to me to write my complaint into this notebook. When I declined, she told me that the manager would be in on Tuesday (two days later) and that the woman (we will call her X) who cleaned my room (even though I specifically requested no housekeeping) would be there in about 10 min and I could speak with her. I called police to file a report, realizing that management was not going to cooperate or be helpful. While I'm waiting for police to arrive, another housekeeper arrives, and the assistant manager tells her to call housekeeper X and tell her to NOT come into work. Police were very helpful and I was able to file the report. However, even when the police questioned the hotel staff they could not explain their procedure for such a complaint, or why they would call someone needed for questioning and tell them not to come in. This is my very first hotel theft experience, and I travel frequently. The hotel staff was certainly not helpful or comforting, and the corporate office was beyond rude. I realize these things can happen anywhere, but the way that all the employees and corporate office reacted is enough for me to never stay at this chain of hotels again.

The hotel is starting to show its age but overall not a bad place to lay your head for a night or 2. They just need to do a little bit of updating and minor repairs on a few things.

Very nice people. Great location near most anything you would need in Jonesboro. I wish I could get that much water pressure in the shower at better hotels. Room was nice size and clean. You don't see 18 cubic ft refrigerators in many hotels. The air conditioner was one of the quietest of the in wall types I've encountered. The breakfast was very meager even by my low requirements. I've never seen individually wrapped pieces of wheat bread, only wheat bread, no bagels or white bread. The coffee was good. For $20 less I would have said it was very good. Priced as was, it was ok.

Hotel is located in great area. Just minutes away from shopping and dining. The rooms are average and kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. The security needs to be updated. Reported to front desk a person setting in a loud running truck for over an hour to 2 hours and needed to check what was going on and was told nothing could do.

Bed was a little hard and room could have been cleaner with attention to details. The breakfast was a joke, sure it had biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, ect. But, it was all set out at 6am and not maintained at all. It was cold, coffee was cold and the area was a mess.

The toilet was so hard to flush and when it did it sounded like you had broken it. The breakfast was bad, the biscuits were too hard to eat.

the desk clerk was no where to be found when i went to check in. vending machines did not work. lighting around sink did not work.

Initially there was a mixup on our room, but it was straightened out.Suite was excellent. Great beds, 2 TVs, good internet connection and sitting room. However, only one chair (at the desk)Plumbing worked very well.Breakfast was hit and miss. Frequently ran oot of items. (The resupply trucl comes by on Wednesdays.) Too little attention to breakfast - not replenishing items that were on hand. (because clerk was doing two jobs).Pool comfortable.[...]

the room was very nice. i enjoyed the stay here. i wish i could've stayed here longer.
