We booked the room as comfort and with a king size bed but what we got was a 138 cm wide bed. Kjng size should be 180 cm wide. This was a huge disappointment as the quality of stay strongly reduceses when a couple need to share such a narrow bed. We went to the reception to get bigger bed but they could not do any. We had to contact the owner. We did so and after some back and forth he said he should see what he could do. But we never heard any more from the owner.

O hotel é muito bom e os serviços oferecidos atenderam bem às expectativas, com boa estrutura e conforto, o café da manhã é excelente e as pessoas educadas. No entanto, a experiência foi prejudicada pela falta de assistência do anfitrião, que praticamente não deu suporte quando foi necessário e demorava a responder, ou respondia de forma insuficiente, aos contatos realizados. Faltou consideração e assistência da parte dele.

No geral foi uma boa estadia. Tenho apenas algumas obervaçoes para fazer em relação ao apt. Há espaço para 5 pessoas, mas só tem ar condicionado no quarto. Quem dorme na sala tem que usar ventilador. O cooktop está bem velho e só funcionava uma das bocas. A cafeteira elétrica não tinha o filtro para coar o café. Boa localização e boa equipe de funcionários

A limpeza do quarto bem precária, cheiro ruim no apto toalhas velhas, somente 1 de rosto e muito velha. Sem nada para limpar o apto quem passava so recolhia o lixo. Ficou sujo durante o tempo que passei. Dificuldade de fazer contato com anfitrião. O flat é bom, cuidado so na hora de qual proprietário locar. Quarto 320 jamais locaria novamente!

A relação custo-benefício é excelente. O apartamento é bem localizado, há uns 5 minutos da Orla, caminhando (ou menos), com supermercados, farmácias, bares e restaurantes próximos. Ficamos, confortavelmente, em 3 pessoas no quarto. Tem uma cozinha com fogão elétrico, geladeira, cafeteira e sanduicheira, que torna possível fazer o próprio café da manhã. Tem ar condicionado e chuveiro elétrico. Só não foi perfeito porque tinha só 1 espelho no banheiro, o que torna a logística de todos se arrumarem ao mesmo tempo difícil. Sugiro colocar mais 1 perto das camas. E o fogão elétrico estava com uma boca quebrada, deixando só 1 funcionando. Mas isso não impactou muito na experiência, que no geral foi ótima.

Fiquei 7 dias no Goldflat e a experiência foi excelente! O flat é muito bem organizado, com cama confortável e cozinha totalmente equipada — perfeito para quem quer preparar suas próprias refeições. O atendimento também merece destaque: o pessoal da recepção e as moças da limpeza são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Muito agradavel a estadia, tudo muito limpo e arrumado a unica coisa q ue nao gostei foi o fato de nao ter duas cama de solteiro como informado, na reserva informava uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro e so havia uma cama de cassl, um sofa cama e colchao de solteiro, mas o resto foi tudo impecável.
