Super tranquila, minha única ressalva foi em questão da piscina, fiquei meio na dúvida se eu poderia usar ou não, como os dias que passei foram todos de chuvas não tive interesse na mesma, mas achei muito confuso o fato de ter que avisar caso eu quisesse usar. Isso não me incomodou, mas acho legal deixar mais claro Isso pra outros hóspedes que realmente queiram usar.

Não recomendo. Só a localização salva.

Apartamento tinha uma limpeza precária. Muito empoeirado, muitas baratas, pequenas, médias e grandes. No vão da janela para a varanda havia muita poeira e cabelos acumulados. O jogo de lençóis estava com um cheiro péssimo, conhecido como de “cheiro de barata”. Éramos 4 pessoas no total. Disponibilizaram 4 lençóis. Pedimos para trocarem e nos enviaram apenas dois novos lençóis, esses sim, limpos e sem odores ruins. A localização é excelente e prédio bem estruturado. Mas não recomendo o apartamento que fiquei. A administradora dos imóveis é cheia de regra, extremamente exigente. Mas prece ser apenas com os hóspedes e não com os proprietários.

O AP é composto de uma suíte e uma cozinha bem equipada, ótima infraestrutura, tudo bem organizado e conservado, senti falta de uma sala de estar. A piscina parece mais decorativa que propícia para banho e esta fica fechada nas segundas e terças, o q foi ruim pq minha estadia foi boa parte nestes dias. O local dispõe de alguns espaços compartilhados bem legais como o coworking, espaço Kids, sala de jogos, espaço gourmet e academia. Observem se as toalhas não já possuem manchas, as que tive acesso possuíam algumas imperceptíveis, relatei pra quem administra a reserva para que não me cobrassem por algo que já estava manchado.
