Poor customer service. Terrible management. Manager hangs up on you if you have a complaint. Only way to have your issue resolved is to call the owner of the property. Front desk officer is relatively decent. But the manager of the place really needs to change. Talking about customers in a language they don’t understand is not professional

前日の夜に予約しました。 2人でダブル1つの部屋を申し込んだのですが、実際に行くとお部屋が空いていたのかダブルベット2つのとても広い部屋に通してくれました。 床は清潔でトイレの流れもよく、洗面台の水もよく出ました。 シャワーもよく出ました。暖かいお湯は出ませんが、冷たいとは感じませんでした。 1つ怖かった点は蚊帳がところどころ破れていたことです。 でも、受付の方の笑顔が素敵で、いつでも親切でフレンドリーに対応してくれました。 もちろん場所も治安のいい地域にあるので外に散歩に行ってナイル川の素敵な景色を楽しめました。 この価格帯でこの宿はとてもお得だと思います。
