Not warned about noisy construction and the unkempt areas

I am not sure who decided to plsy the same soundtrack which lasts about ten minutes and plays over and over 24/7 at the highrst possibke volume. I am sure if he/she wwre subjected to this torture tgry woukd be institionalized. I really did like Johnny Cash until i heared the same song of his five hundred times.

The property has undergone a very nice upgrade. And I dont have a problem with the amenities which used to be free now requiring an extra payment. What I do have a problem with is the attitude of management. The original manager had an amazing appreciation of what excellent service entailed. The present manager is rude and gruff and could well use a review from the prior manager on how to keep people happy. Despite multiple requests to upper ecelon staff to stop shouting at each other and on their cellphones, my requests were ignored. Front desk staff, as always. remain friendly and excellent. It costs nothing to smile and be pleasant. The onsite manager might consider investing in such an innovation.

This hotel is suppose to be stay inn but no, there’s nothing like that name when you get to Tel Aviv, it’s actual name in Nahalat Yehuda, or something like that, and the address is wrong too, I guess that’s why there’s no sign in front of the building, so you just going to drive around for a long time until you see someone who actually knows what that building is used for! Meanwhile, the taxi meter is reading! Also the picture of the hotel on the booking website look like it’s on the ocean front, very deceptive, the location is in the sleaziest part of town, with shady characters in every corner, not even near any beach at all!

Dear American Girl, I am very sorry that you have had bad experience with a hostel in Tel Aviv. I would just like to mention that Stay Inn hostel is located in Jerusalem and it seems that your review is for another place :) We do not have any hostels in Tel Aviv yet, and of course we do not have a picture of oceanfront as there is no sea in Jerusalem and we would never deceive our guests. I would just kindly ask you to check again. Thank you and warmest wishes.
