In the attractive nature and holiday region Bratten beach is this holiday home, which exudes much homely charm and cosiness. It is also well-maintained and has a beautiful, wide patio door from the living room that allows you to step out onto a covered patio with the morning sun. At the house also an open terrace with wind sail, on which you can enjoy the evening sun. For children, swings are available on the lawn. In the house there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower / WC and pleasant underfloor heating and an open kitchen / living area with dining area and wood stove for cooler evenings. In addition, the house has an energy-efficient heat pump to reduce power consumption for heating. The house is situated on a natural plot with trees and offers so good opportunities to experience the rich bird and wildlife with deer, squirrels and rabbits from the front row. The very child-friendly, wheelchair-accessible sandy beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is a grocery store open in summer and a café with a playground with ao. Swings and trampoline.
