Comfortable bed. Stopped complimentary breakfast but not updated online.
Good
It’s ok. Covid restrictionists limited convenience.
Unfortunately the hotel is doing day passes to the pool to non guests. Though its a nice thought. However the pool area was way over capacity especially during these times. Not one more person fit however there was still people coming in. I think this is very unfair to the staying guests. For this reason i had to cancel my reservation and i dont plan on going back.
Bathroom needs attention. Broken door stopper and lack of fan in bathroom
I booked a double beds room online and paid, but the front desk told me that they didn't have any room available, it was 11;30pm and I had to sit in lobby at least half an hour to wait for the manager to solve the problem. finally they gave me a single bed room before the manager showed up
We selected this hotel for 2 reasons: Close to transportation to NYC and inexpensive. However, those benefits did not outweigh the negatives. The marquee claims "All New Rooms". Either that sign has been up for many many years or their definition of "All New" stretches ones imagination. Room seem dated. It had an aura of uncleanliness. Luckily we weren't in the room too much. The restaurant for dinner was the extremely disappointing. All the prices are double (or more), but they claim the entree' feeds 2 or 3 people. In reality, no one is going to share so you pay 2x the amount and eat only half. The breakfast is free, but as soon you walk into the restaurant you are bombarded with a staff member asking for your voucher. its like they get a bonus for how quick they take your ticket. They offered the same exact thing each day.
everything was good breakfast was good restaurant was very good esse was realy good as was the rest of help
Good stay for working near hotel. They provide an extra bed for another person.
I was in town overnight on business and decided to stay at a nearby hotel different from where my meeting was being held. There was no issue with traffic when I walked across either street to the other hotel (during am & pm rush hour). So for more then half the price it was worth it to me. It is also quite close to Met Life Stadium - short drive. The room itself was clean and I had no complaints. Warning when using the shower....it has extremly high water pressure - especially for a hotel. I loved it, but some could say it is actually painful. The hotel was being remodeled in places, but I tried to keep that in mind when I saw not so clean areas. The pool looked nice and was busy but I didn't have a chance to use it. A hot tub would have been nice, but I knew going in there wasn't one. Staff was ok, I've dealt with better and worse.
This hotel has everything you need, and the location is awesome. It is like 15 minutes for going to New York.
Great value so close to Metlife stadium. Not a bad ride to city.
Our recently renovated room was clean and functional. Room totally cleaned daily Staff was efficient and courteous Restaurant has biggest sandwiches I have ever seen. More than enough for 2.
You can just tell that our hotel room needed to be updated; espically the bathroom. We stayed one night. Stayed out of season and so the outside pool was closed. The bar was nice and the restaurant served some really great food. We went back in the morning for a complimentary breakfast which was okay. From what I could tell the hotel was located really close to Medevil Times.
The stay was ok but the room and bathroom real small. The bathroom toilet also had some issues with running and flushing.
Realy only 2 things I will comment on. 1. Fan on air Had switches for high, mediumn, low and off. they did not work fan ran only on high and was very nosiey. 2. food in restrant was good but a egg sandwitch was so big it would feed four and several men I was with who stayed across street in court yard all had dinner there. All talked about what a waste.
