Hotel was very neat and amazing staff. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Clean hotel with complimentary breakfast. Can easily purchase a round trip shuttle from lobby to NYC for $15 or about a 15 minute walk to the nearest public bus/van shuttles to the city for $3.

The bidet wasn't working in the bathroom and the receptionist gave me a room that was already occupied

After changing hands from the previous owner the staff is lacking at best (seems to be a hassle to them to make simple changes) Cleanliness is marginal in the rooms. Checking out before 6am seems to not be available because the staff is on a break or something. Twice I tried to check out early and there was a sign saying they would be back soon on the counter. (Weird)

The hotel was in descent condition. However, it seems like someone took a marker to draw obscene things around the room and no one seem to noticed it. The bathroom wasn't super clean, and it needed some counter space. It did look like the bathroom was recently remodeled. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and we were hot all night. We had to ask for a soap bar because the cleaning lady didn't put any on our room. We had an incident where some sandals went missing from my room. After telling the staff about it, they were very helpful and tried to address the situation professionally. At the end, my sandals "magically" reappeared. We stayed here with the intentions of going to NY city. The hotel does have a bus service that takes you to Time Square for $12 round trip. We didn't use it. We used Uber, but it was at least a $35-50 trip to Manhattan. Overall is isn't a bad place. But you do get what you pay for.

Hotel in need of remodeling. Areas smell like mildew. No activities or restaurants without walking about half a mile or more along highways. Hotel in restaurant not open on Mondays. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Shuttle to NYC nice and inexpensive but doesn't run without minimum amount of people- which can delay your trip- and the staff scheduling shuttles not the friendliest.

it is not far away from NY. there are many shuttles that go to NY on the road near the hotel.

I cannot recommend the Meadowlands View Hotel if you are looking for a good nights sleep. The bed does not have a real mattress it is more like what you would find in a pull out sofa bed and was very uncomfortable.

tv was not in hd.. had noisy room customers. had to pay for my coffee in morning.

We have previously stayed at this hotel and it has maintained its quality. Conveniently located in New Jersey right across from the North Bergen New Jersey Park and Ride, it saves us hundreds of dollars in hotel and parking fees for a weekend in New York. The public shuttle bus takes us to Times Square in a matter of minutes. The hotel itself is not swank, and the distant wetlands (the Meadowlands) are surrounded by freeways, trains and urban congestion, so the view is nothing spectacular, but it is a safe, clean and comfortable lodging. There is a morning breakfast buffet for $10 and a Penthouse restaurant offering simple fare. We preferred eating in New York, so we did not take advantage of the meal services. This is not a high end destination hotel, but it is practical, convenient and economical. The location is close to Interstate 95, which makes it very easy to reach by car, and allows us to make a quick getaway when it is time to head for home after a fun weekend in New York.

I come back, nice hotel , clean room& bad room.everything closes.the restaurant is very clean and the services perfect.thank

room was clean, while breakfast was charged, you have to walk abt 5-10mins to the gate of Super 8 hotel, and then u can take a shuttle bus to New York, Manhaton

Hotel staff was very rude. No breakfast. No near by shops or restaurant to hv breakfast.booking this hotel spoiled my trip.

The food at the 12th floor restaurant was bad, the service was worse. Clam chowder was out of a can, plain processed sliced cheddar on a $10 burger. 30 minutes to get a drink. Room was clean but in very traficky area.

Expect less from the hotel due to the old structure and interestingly different staff

Great hotel Good enviroment. We will book again if we have chance

Arrived late at night staff was very friendly and helpful stayed her a couple of weeks earlier this time stayed on one of the remodeled floors very nice black marble tiles was very happy and I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay no pool that we seen and they have a shuttle to nyc so you don't have to drive there that was great
