Check in lobby is on level 6. There is a concierge on level 1. The front desk personnel spoke English well and was friendly. My check in and out progress were easy and fast. The room was clean and basic. Bathroom comes with a smart toilet bowl, bath tub & rain shower. Toiletries only upon request for sustainability reasons. Location is convenient with food choices and shopping. A big Olive Young outlet and Innisfree are just a stone’s throw away. Will stay here again.

Pillows were too soft. As for cleaning the lady rushed us out on the first day and on the second day opened the door when I was on the phone- luckily I was fully dressed.
