Perched in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Jefferson, North Carolina, our home is inspired by a simple dream: to create a place where guests can step away from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with nature, loved ones, and friends. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the stress melt away as you take in the panoramic mountain views and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Our cabin is more than just a peaceful place to stay – it’s an experience. Wake up to stunning sunrise views over the mountains, spend your days exploring the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and end each day under a canopy of stars as you nestle around the firepit or unwind in the large 6-person Hot Tub. Blue Sky Cabin is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your next getaway, from the fully stocked chef’s kitchen (including mixers, roasting pans, and thermometers for your holiday meals) to the spacious oversized dining table, complete with a highchair for the littlest travelers.

Clean, comfortable stay!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The house was immaculately cleaned, always top priority when I must stay away from my home. The beds were all comfortable and there was a lot of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy quiet time. We loved the games, especially the axe throwing. Every detail was accounted for down to a sweet treat (cookie dough) left for us. Look forward to visiting again!

Mountain Weekend Getaway

We came up for the weekend with friends to visit our college kids and attend the APP State Old Dominion game and chose Blue Sky Cabin for our home away from home. Kari’s, the owner, couldn’t have made the stay any more relaxing. The home was clean and beautiful. Loved that we didn’t have to worry about sheets, towels, etc.. This cabin had beautiful Mountain View’s and we loved the nice touch of the sticky boy chocolate chip cookie dough. Absolutely no complaints with our stay. We will definitely stay again and recommend to any friends heading up that way

Wonderful house and location! The house had everything you would need. Owner has excellent communication. Terrific view. Enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to birds or light rain. Location is easy to access and a short drive to West Jefferson. We were sad that we only booked 2 nights. Will definitely book again!

Great weekend getaway

We went for for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway for the two of us with our 1 year old son. We got to go to dinner, took a hike, went to a great local Vineyard only 10 minutes away then came back to the house and truly had a chance to relax. From the patio views and hot tub on a cold night this place was just right. Also a short drive from Boone to get some more adventures under our belt. 3.5 hours from Raleigh it’s not a bad drive it’s very pretty and minutes from the blue ridge parkway. Will return when things warm up.
