Despite the broken A/C that would freeze you to death, the fire alarm started around 4am scaring me almost to death. I couldn’t sleep thereafter and when I asked about what happened during check out the receptionist after calling someone he said it’s normal and happens regularly !! No one actually said even sorry for ruining the new day I started with no sleep!

Hotel Is very old and run down musky smell in hotel rooms Service was very bad with very rude staff from check in to check out Wifi is very slow even tho I was told my wifi was upgraded Hotel is in a very bad location as road in front is very busy 24/7 Breakfast had very little variety and service non-existent I would not recommend this hotel

Placed on the main road of jeddah “medina road” The hotel is having great room with very welcoming staff Breakfast is something great in this hotel Only thing is that the reception is confusing by placing it on the first floor

Good overall experience of the hotel Concierge staff was very helpful at the time of check in and check out. Rooms look a bit old, but are still comfortable. Ac controls could be a bit simpler and easy to use

Good Hotel, in line with the standards of the Radisson chain, however, overvalued for the standard. I was charged over 25% more at check out to what was my agreed "on line" booking. The general standard of the room, breakfast, WI FI, was good but not exceptional

Firstly, please do not have an expectation of a modern or new hotel, as the hotel is in classic mode with old amenities. The lobby is on the first floor with another lift to take you at the higher floors. the reception, Mr. Mohamed and the lady, both were excellent. The lobby with restaurant is huge and service is very good.

quiet, nice and clean place to stay. Lobby is very huge clean, location is good, i found very easy to get the parking, only issue is the entrance you cant access the parking form other side of Madinah road( heading toward airport). Bed was very comfortable, Room was quit spacious. even the hotel is on busiest road of jeddah but no traffic noises or disturbance at all.

, I love this hotel but I believe we need to improve the services, everything was nice but I felt that i'm in old hotel, I advice to have modern furniture to attract new guests. Also, No one told me about your loyalty program

I've stayed there 3 days. The room seems clean, but when you check in detail, you can see it is not clean. When I checked-in and gone to my room, there was 2-3 paper tissues under the bed. Room is cleaned 3 times, but those tissues were still there while checking out. Windows are locked. You can't get fresh air. I don't know what kind of a cleaning agent they're using, but it smells really bad. .

This is a very old hotel. I had seen better days The furniture is old The carpets are dirty The bathroom fittings do not operate well. Towels are like sand paper. Aircondition is too noisy that you cannot sleep. Then there is the fusty smell ever where. With all the suppression using air freshner etc.. could not remove that terrible smell. This is a very sad place. I recommend management to shut it down for a complete refurbishment. .soon they will be the last resort and not the first choice. I did not enjoy my stay.
