Stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of business trip. Though its old hotel, having good internet speed and with complementary breakfast. Balad and Sharafiah is nearby which is famous for shopping at Jeddah.

The hotel itself is very nice, renovated rooms, elevators, Air condition units. The big screen tv in the room and the toilete all borrowed from 5 stars class to be clear. The breakfast is 4 stars level very good to me actually. The hotel is business oriented. You feel it once you go to the pool and beg for towels. No body there to give you towels and the pool itself feels deserted. The water was freezing and not clear. But we swam and enjoy it nevertheless. Free parking but as i mentioned the location is away from corniche malls and airport .. the view from the rooms is not nice because the surrounding area is poor.

Stayed for a 3 night on Business, the hotel is so clean and so spacious. Staff are friendly and food is great. Different restaurants are within a walk able distance. The area has many car spare parts shops. Taxis are available 24 hours and the hotel is located in a near place for those who want to go to Mekka. a 10 Saudi Rial gets ya to the Makka gate and from there a Mini Van taxi directly to Makka between 10-15 Saudi Rials available 24 hours. Rooms are clean and nicely designed, spacious and comfortable with hardly any noise. Spa, Pool and Gym services are also there.

Located in the old part of Jeddah if I'm not mistaken. Service is average and the hotel is a bit aged. Nevertheless, it was an okay hotel to stay at if you just need a decent place to stay while in the area. If you will be arriving, make sure to get to the receptionist first. Unlike other hotels I've been to, there would be no staff attending for your baggage (especially if you are bringing a lot) as soon as you arrive - so it would be best to ask for assistance as soon as you can - they would comply.

Stayed with this long trusted hotel during my Umrah trip. It is one of most well located hotel in Jeddah if you are coming back from Umrah. Ample parking and close to the downtown area and traditional souqs make it an ideal destination to stay in Jeddah. Staff is good and very cooperative.

Stayed two nights at this hotel. The pick up at airport was without trouble. Check in smooth. As they also have smoking rooms, notify if you want a nonsmoking. Ask for the newely renovated rooms. Rooms ok and clean. Love the pillows with different hardness. Breakfast what you can expect. Had room service one night, got there in time and got what I ordered. WiFi is working pretty good to be in the ME. Distance to airport around 30-40 min depending on traffic. Value for money if you do not want luxury, just a good hotel

I had booked in for one night on a business trip and I picked this hotel given its proximity to the airport. The check in was very efficient until they realised I had booked a king bed and they only had a twin available. When they saw I was not happy with this they quickly arranged an upgrade without a fuss, and the room provided was excellent. This is a mark of good service. I also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, both were buffet style there was a good choice of food. I would stay here again and recommend it as a place to stay.

I stayed here for the second time this week. Being totally honest I was looking at a more modern hotel this time round but my choice was governed by the locality of this hotel from where I needed to be. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the superior rooms are nice. My only real negative point would be the room staff. When I arrived one side of my curtains were loose at the top meaning they couldn’t be drawn properly. The next night I arrived home very late and the curtains were now almost fully down on one side. This would have been obvious to the person responsible so should have been rectified, instead someone had to come and fix this at 1am (which I was appreciative of) Downstairs is very dated, however there is some character to this place and the front of house staff are very nice. Decent gym and sauna etc too. Location isn’t great as not much to do but you can be confident of a pleasant stay by selecting this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one day for business. The check-in process was extremely fast without any hassle and I even received my room before the check-in time without a fuss. To get to my room I had to use the elevator then climb one flight of stairs which can be inconvenient for some people. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with new furniture in contrast to the hotel exterior which is old, but that is a good thing that they are renovating their rooms at least.. The bathroom had a shower not a bathtub and it was clean. TV channels/entertainment was average with nothing worthy of watching. I didn't sign for breakfast so I didn't try their buffet. My only two complaints are the location as most of my trips required 40-55 min and the other was that there were no towels at all in the room that I had to ask for them.

We visited the Holiday Inn at Jeddah, as this was highly recommended by the Holiday Inn Hotel Manager Yanbu (same owner). Upon our arrival, there was a very friendly welcome by the hotel recpetionist and we got great rooms at the tenth floor (renovated). Excellent choice with good views through the city, however the location of the hotel is awful and you would not leave the hotel without the car! The hotel was the breakfast is good, but not even close as good as at the Holiday Inn Yanbu. We were the only European Family in the hotel, but there was not a problem at all. We migth visit again, but the locations makes it hard to commit.
