This place is old, rooms are dirty and beds are uncomfortable. We stayed there for one night and it was not pleasant. We were given room which was attached to another room through a door. The door that separated two rooms were in very poor condition. The guest who was staying in that attached room and keep complaining that we are making noises , even though we were just getting ready to go outside. Tge elevator was very very small that u cant even stand with other people. Carpets were stained. Overall i regret booking this room. We asked for extra toilet paper and staff replied that one toilet paper per night which is ridiculous.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms seem to be renovated but the bathrooms still looks outdated. No shower curtain or glass so the floor becomes very wet after shower. Airport shuttle is listed on the hotel website but I can’t find it and no one answer the phone or text message

Jeddah stay

There is no shuttle from the airport to hotel or to the airport contrary to what was advertised. I had to get a taxi either way. The phone number listed for the property is incorrect. The hotel is rundown with ongoing repairs. Only one towel was provided which was a hand towel. Was provided with a regular towel upon asking. The service guy told me that there was a large umrah group staying at the hotel so the supplies were limited. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful but with very limited English understanding or speaking ability.
