booked a single non smoking king upgraded room. Gave my room away to another guest gave me a double room, wreaked of weed carpets disgusting in the non upgraded area of hotel. 2nd room already had someone staying in it so third time they gave me an even more disgusting room with a loud barking dog across the hallway. Ended up walking to Buffalo Bills (sister hotel next door) pleaded for help desk agent was super great but first room there the bathroom light fixture fried and ac unit was broken. Finally on room number 5 and bags lugging around I finally got a nice room. after 3 hours and a lot of walking.all amenities were closed at both locations

The room wasn't the best, but the Diner was the pits. I have never been to a casino restaurant where you stood in line to place your order and stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. Then, when you finally got it, they didn't even give you a napkin. The food was absolutely horrible. My assumption is that if you have no competition, you have no worries. Everything at Stateline is now closed except for Primm. Regardless, we will never go back.

Things need improvement. Staff was good but needs a lot of up dates. The Dinner place was lacking essentials and the meals were only satisfactory with 3 out of 13 of us. However the server was friendly and did the best he could do. We did enjoy the entertainment later with Jimmi Ellis and band.

The whole place is running on fumes. They are the only hotel open in town. They are operating on a skeleton bare bones basis. They advertise that they are part of the Wyndham group but are not. If I were Wyndham I would would not want to be associated with this place.

Yes, the room needed a good remodel. The electrical is a joke. There was no plug in for a person CPAP. People expect an outlet by their bed for things like this. Everything was run down. Now, we did stay in another room the week before and it was OK but just OK. Certainly nothing spectacular. The Diner was the worst thing I have ever been in. No one seats you and no one waits on you. You go to the cash register and stand forever. The food was something I wouldn't ever order again. No one even gave you a napkin. They had few choices of drinks and nothing I would touch. I realize it's an old hotel but some of the things wrong for this kind of charges, it ridiculous. We won't go back.

Disgusting, stained sheets, blood on floor, sticky stuff on dresser, front desk staff rude, dog barked all night in next door room, didn’t get any sleep, will never stay here again. Stayed on the way to move my dad after a double lung transplant and the uncleanliness was a huge problem.

The room and staff were very nice. The restaurant was not very good. For lunch they just had a take out menu and the two things we order at first , they were out of . We went back for dinner and same thing we order some and they were out of it. They did have a waiter for dinner
