The villa has several great features including distant sea views, a lovely landscaped garden with lots of nooks and corners with seating, and a large roof terrace. Interiors are comfortable and spacious with room for everyone to socialise together. Within a 2 minutes' drive you'll have a restaurant, bar and mini market, making it a advantageous location. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.

The sandy Arenal Beach is just a 5 minutes drive away and Cala Granadella, voted as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, is also within easy reach.
