Holiday rental Penthouse Javea

Penthouse with 2 terraces in the street Vicenza de Jávea. Very close to the Arenal beach and the Paseo Marítimo del Puerto. It has air conditioning hot cold, free wifi, own parking space, communal pool and beautiful views of Montgó and the beach.

It is a very spacious apartment, on the lower floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the living room with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc), a small terrace and a large bathroom with a shower.



On the upper floor there is a complete bathroom with bathtub, a large double bedroom and a bright terrace from which you can see the mountain of El Montgó and the sea. You can see sunrise and sunset on the terrace while having breakfast or dinner at the table that you have there. It has satellite TV so you do not miss any of the news as if you were in your own country.



The urbanization has a communal pool and is a few meters from a Mercadona supermarket and several restaurants with good Mediterranean food.



As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.

Handy for everything

Great penthouse on two levels. We loved having the master bedroom and our own bathroom away from the teenagers downstairs! The Arenal beach was 20 minutes one way and the port area the same the other way with the historic old town sat behind it. With a Mercadona (supermarket just across the road - hence 'handy for everything'.
