La situation gĂ©ographique est idĂ©ale et les espaces de vie corrects. Par contre la propretĂ©, le dĂ©faut de tĂ©lĂ©vision ( ne fonctionne qu’avec notre propre abonnement de tĂ©lĂ©phone 4g orange), le cotĂ© globalement vĂ©tuste de la maison et de ses Ă©quipements ainsi que les rapports avec la propriĂ©taire doivent inciter les futurs locataires Ă  une grande prudence.

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours ds cette maison si jolie qui a encore besoin d’ ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e et mieux prĂ©parĂ©e pour l’accueil des locataires. L’emplacement est parfait, et on aurait aimĂ© avoir la chambre qui donne sur la terrasse... plutĂŽt que la petite chambre Ă  2 lits...
