We had an amazing stay at Alila, one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The hotel itself is beautiful, services and facilities top notch but particularly the service provided by all the staff in the restaurants and reception and especially Adi who chauffeured us from the airport and was a great help throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Jakarta Highly recommend the breakfast deal

An excellent hotel in the SCBD

Excellent service, particular mention to the concierge who was very helpful and a credit to the team. Great room, comfortable, very quiet, the bluetooth speaker was nice to have in the room as well. Convenient location to the Pacific Place mall next door. Mini bar and fridge available, power points and USB ports dotted in the room. Rain shower was nice and hot water constant. A brilliant place to stay and highly recommended.

Great hotel, great location, inexperienced staff

The hotel is brand new and very nice. The location is excellent - numerous restaurants and a great mall right across the street. My only complaint is that the staff is still very inexperienced. There were a number of situations that highlighted this fact. I should note that the staff was always friendly and accommodating, but they still need training and practice. This will be a great hotel in time once the new staff/ new hotel bugs are ironed out.
