This place is not as advertised. It was something straight out of a horror movie.

I couldnt even open the door staff had to come and open it for me instead of changing my room. Didnt had any towels in the bathroom. Wont stay here ever again

The check in clerk was nice. The towels stunk like wood from the cupboard they were stored in at the front desk. The room smelled like pot and cigarettes. Beds had two thin sheets fro covers. The outlets were surrounded by broken sheetrock. The bathroom was horrible. The toilet paper holder was busted off with holes in the walls. We stood on washcloths in the shower because it looked so dirty. We cancelled our stay for returning from cruise. So disappointed. Will never go back.

Longer check in time than normal and the front desk clerk wasn't certain about the property when I asked about the amenities. Key card mechanism was not reading the card so I had to get the card re-activated. When I finally got in the room, there were noticeable damages - toilet paper holder was off the wall, holes on the wall, sticky floors, curtain adjustment rod was broken off the curtain, and the air unit was missing a control knob. I took pictures and videos just to protect myself from damage collections. The second room was much better but the desk chair was missing a caster wheel, there was no microwave, room refrigerator was rocking and not stable, and there were no bath towels. I didn't report the second room because I did not want to move again, but did ask for towels. The pool looked green and unoccupied for a while and this property does not have laundry facilities and no longer serve breakfast.

I din not like service. My time of check out was 11am but my hotel room card stoped working at 10am. I went several times to office, guy at front desk reissue card again, again and again.....didn’t work. I asked for staff member to go with me - their all staff members ARE busy!!!!!!! Really!!!!!! And all that time manager(black lady in her office with wide open door looked at me and did not even moved). After reassuring me again(this time card going to work! I went to my room just to find that my door open and there is a guy inside( Seriously! ) all my money, all credit cards on table....driver license every piece of information AND A STRANGER inside my room? Realy!!!!!! Never, you hear me, NEVER I will book your hotel again.

From the minute I opened the door there was blood stains on the floor, stains on the sheets. Place is rundown and simply disgusting. I made the reservation that included continental breakfast and when I get there they said that since January 1 they are no longer offering the breakfast. Walked around the parking lot and there was a car with a broken window and all the glass shattered on the floor. Scary as hell. Would not recommend or ever stay there. It’s says Wyndham hotels but I assure if Wyndham knew of how terrible this place is they would take their name off this hotel.

I arrived to this place and thought not that bad, well I was wrong. The room I booked was not available, I had requested a smoking room. The lady in front of me had the same problem. I felt so sad for the young lady working the counter. You could tell she had been dealing with this all day. I requested to speak to the manager, well there was the problem. She could completely understand English, but pretended to not be able to speak English very well. We argued a bit and then she gave me a room approved for smoking. Went to the room, the room next door had a broken window with plywood over the front, glass still on the ground. Walking into my room it wreaked of mold, not a hint but wreaked. I thought well I will turn on the ac unit and air it out. Low and behold ac unit was broken, wouldn't even turn on. Looked around and the pillows had no cases and looked like they had been trough the washing machine a million times, no towelette paper, broken furniture, and no towel. Over all the place looked like it should have been bulldozed. I stayed in the room long enough to get a room at motel 6, went and handed in my key to the same manager and told her I was going to request my money back. She kept saying 3rd party, well duh??? I got my money back. As an real estate investor I would buy this place and have it completel redone. It would be a money maker. Only Hotel near the airport in Jacksonville without driving a half hour. If this place comes up for a cheap place to stay skip on.

This place by far the worst we have ever been in. Had to change rooms 4 times, filty, backed up sinks, sewage smell, no towels none of the rooms, no sheets on beds. Holes in the walls, dirty poop like staines under bathmath in tub. Inconvenienced "general manager" named Grace. So called continental breakfast is a joke. Wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing more nothing

Checked in at 0145 after my flight so I didn’t see the outside too well. My room smelled of terribly of mildew. There was water damage on the ceiling, holes in the drywall and filthy walls/door. I found hair in the sheets and a ripped comforter. There was rust in the bathroom, one towel and the fridge was scratched up. I suggest you take this place off of your site. Even as a promotional free hotel stay, I don’t want to sleep here tonight.

The rooms was very filthy, ants all over the place, bath tube rusty and very dirty. I told the front desk attendant, she switched me to another room and it wS worst. Never again book that hotel.

Sheets where nasty had never been changed..floor had food all over it..and sand...continential breakfast was toast and a muffin...

They were overbooked and didn’t have the room we paid for. They gave us the only available with only one bed that was totally dirty and the bed were not been done from the previous night, same with the bathroom. Terrible experience!

I am so sorry for all troubles you had. The manager is never sitting down she is always moving around to meet the costumers need,again I AM SORRY.
