The entire hotel had a really bad odor. Like a combination of garbage, cigarettes and B.O.! The windows in the rooms dont open so you dont get any fresh air other than through the a/c. So whatever you cook in your room you will be smelling your entire stay. I stayed for 5 days and made the mistake of pre paying for the discount, otherwise I would have checked out after the first night! Many of the people staying there are long term residents! The place was like an apartment building in the ghetto.

It was a nice hotel. I have nothing bad I can say.

I wish my town had one. Clean and comfortable. My dad feel in love with the bed.

Staff when checking in took too long, don't understand why they required a copy of my drivers license.(why) Room never got cleaned. The room had musty smell.

The hotel and staff were nice except for the 2 young men at the front desk Friday morning 11/11/16. The one who I spoke to was very dismissive. Because of the construction going on, I was given a double room, the bed was too small for us but we made do, the toilet rocked and made a loud noise when you sat on it, but there were no other rooms available I was told. Then to add insult to injury I was charged again, even though I paid online.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel, being that it's in Jacksonville. The room was nice, the staff was nice. The only thing that would make it better would be free breakfast!

This was extremely disappointing. Bed was like a rock, pillows were more like throw pillows than anything, room smelled bad and was definitely not very clean, AC was iffy at best. Good news is there is a bar directly beside the hotel. Bad news is there is a bar directly beside the hotel. It brought some stragglers around that were not guests nor were they sober which made me question how secure my car was. It was also very loud on the bar side until around closing time. The curtains didn't cover the Windows well at all and the exterior lighting is like the sun. Not a big deal for people who can sleep when it's bright in the room but my wife is not one of those people.... The extended stay just a few miles away is only 8$ more per night but after that experience I would pay an extra $30 if it was the next cheapest place.

The employees were friendly and willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location was not great and neither were the amenities. The room was small and an odd setup, not very inviting. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

had a great visit here. Will totally come back and I'm just typing to get 50 characters or more so I don't know what else to state.

We stayed one night on our way to our final destination. It was clean and very comfy. The staff was polite.

Average hotel with basic amenities. TV too small to see unless right in front of it. If all you need is a place to sleep, then this one works. Otherwise it is below average

It was clean and they were friendly but we had to pay for Wi-Fi.

The hotel was not in a very pretty area but it has easy access to Western Ave which is the main drag. It was very clean. Lots of construction going on so it was a little difficult to find the entrance but that is only temporary. Would definitely give it more than 2 stars

We had a great stay at this hotel while visiting my son at Camp Lejeune. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and also very knowledgable about the area. The only thing that would improve it would be a continental breakfast. They don't have one because the rooms do have everything you'd need to make one yourself except for the food. You can also get 10% off your meal at Demny's if you show your room key. We would definitely use this hotel again while staying in Jacksonville.

Flew in from Texas for a wedding. Road construction surrounding hotel, called hotel because every road GPS took me was a dead end. Receptionist couldn't tell me how to get there so my first dealing with the hotel was not a good one.

It was clean! That alone made everything great, but truly, staff was kind, wi-fi in the room is awesome & we'd definitely return.

This is a good place to stay when comeing to visit frends and family in the military close to base and not to far from shopping and dining in Jacksonville

Stayed there one night with a friend... luckily we didn't have to leave the hotel as it is not in the best part of town. The room was clean but fairly average with hard beds. Nice staff!

I was visiting my son who is stationed at camp lejune. The staff were incredibly friendly to me and my son it was very traveler friendly with people from all over the united states.

Sorry staff to longer than expected in the check in process that you would of expected. We requests ID to verify who you are, it is required we do so.We are an extended stay hotel , so our rooms are not cleaned daily unless it is a check out but we do service weekly and Im sorry that you feel the room had an odor as well, we will look into this.
