What a nightmare experience. The first night at checkin the front doors were locked and it was 1am, we knocked for 20 min to finally get the attendant to open the doors, she was apparently sleeping or something in the back office. The second night (separate reservation) our booking was given to someone else and we were told they don't have a room for us! We were a family of 6 at midnight with no where to go and they gave our reservation to someone else? After making me wait for 30 min they finally gave us the room we were supposed to get in the first place!! How do you explain that!? Horrible management. Breakfast was completely empty even though there was 30 min still left and there was no restocking.

My stay was disappointing. I booked for five people but only got three towels, and the hotel had no extras. There was no body soap, and no staff available to refill it. We also asked for an extra pillow for my child, but they had none. Basic items shouldn't be missing at a hotel.

This was a great hotel for the price. Clean in the areas you see, however, my daughter dropped her toy and I had to move the couch to grab it and found someone else's glass, a whole bunch of food and crumbs and other items. There's no telling how long it's been since someone cleaned behind the couch bed, which concerns me with how long it's been since someone has cleaned the couch or underneath other beds.... Aside from that, the hotel was decently clean. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on most days was great and convenient. There was always a staff member cleaning up breakfast and replenishing. Rooms were nicely cleaned up every other day.
