Room was outdated and in need of repair, but clean and comfortable. Liked that the heater was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay. The hot water for tea was not hot. No hot coffee in breakfast room, had to get from lobby. Microwave hardly worked to heat water. Microwave in room did not work well either and had to really slam the microwave door to get it too shut. Overall, for the price, I would stay again.

I booked two rooms for my family coming in from Michigan and Arkansas for a funeral , one family arrived and their room was fine , the other family didn’t arrive till 6:00 am they got to their room it was filthy , had a big red spot on the floor looked like koolaid was spilled then the bed clothing was horrible had stains all over them , they went to the front desk the guy working was very rude , he told my family member there wasn’t anything he could do untill housekeeping came in at 10:30 , they drove all night they were tired and just wanted to shower and grab a couple hours of sleep , they ask for a couple extra towels , the guy working said he didn’t have time and told him to go back to his room ! Very unprofessional !!! But my family member just went back to the room and waited for house keeping ! Which he shouldn’t have had to do !!!

Cockroaches in room, had to ask for maid services, after 2 days with none. Continental breakfast wasnt diabetic friendly.. choices were biacuits and gravy, waffles or 2 different cereals. Couldnt use the pool because of private party rental was supposed to be saturday, they didnt show up then all the sudden it was on sunday. Staff was primarly rude when asked anuthing

The room was extremely clean. Pillows needed replaced, carpet around the coffee bar falling down. Holes in the screen. Handprints on the window. Should upgrade the coffee pots too to the Keurig's instead of those old drip things. Breakfast too guys, I've been staying here for over 3 years, it's always been biscuits and canned sausage gravy every morning, its getting old.

This is a run down hotel that is in desperate need of repair. The airconditioner didn't work and they couldn't fix it. Nor did they offer a different room. The carpet was worn and dirty. I will not be staying here again.

We booked a two-night stay and were greeted by very polite and helpful front desk staff, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bathroom shower had mold on the ceiling, and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The paint near the window was peeling and falling, and above the bed there appeared to have been some repair work done, but the patching job was poorly finished and very noticeable. While the bed was comfortable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. We decided to check out the next morning. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I stay here when I come to visit my family and all the rooms the carpet is out dated and dirty , the bathroom got chip paint hanging from ceiling, and ants crawling everywhere you kill 10 and 10more appear

The air conditioning didn't work the first night until we fidgeted with it for some time. The breakfast the first day was good but the 2nd day the food wasn't available due to excess demand that wasn't being met.
